Registration Reminders How to Pay
Cancellations
NSF Fee
Payment is required in-full at the time of registration. Cash, debit or personal cheques are all accepted. Post dated cheques will not be accepted.
Cancellations must be submitted prior to the registration deadline or a minimum 7 days before the program start date. Refunds will not be granted after the deadline.
A $28 NSF fee will be charged for all NSF cheques. All NSF payments must be made with debit or cash.
Waivers must be filled out at time of payment. Waivers and payments are required for registration to be complete.

Goodbye Mealtime Struggles Workshop

Women’s Health & Fitness Day

Robert has been a herbalist for over 40 years, and is a professional member of the American Herbalist Guild. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, where he is presently an assistant clinical professor in Family Medicine. Robert also teaches plant medicine at the Northern Star College in Edmonton, and is on the editorial board of the International Journal of Medicinal Mushrooms, and Discovery Phytomedicine.
Join our annual women’s event! This year will include a keynote speaker, catered lunch, take home gift, 4 sessions of your choice. Some examples of the sessions are: hard core fitness, yoga, meditation, wine tasting, self defense, Zumba, aerobics at it’s best, nutritional seminars, energy building., women’s fitness and wellness attire accessories and more!

Spin & Sculpt
This fitness class welcomes participants of all ages and levels of fitness, and provides a total body workout through interval training. Each session combines circuit training, cardio, core strengthening, body sculpting and/or flexibility. This class uses a variety of equipment including Moveball, TRX, ropes, weights, power bands and more.
The best benefits of a spinning class combine with a sculpting routine which involves the use of fitness equipment to bring you a great overall workout, this class is great for burning fat and increasing muscle definition.

Hard Core Strength
Power Up
This class will focus on full body strength and core conditioning. The movements will train the body to improve function. It is low impact. Although there is no cardio, the strength base will trim pounds and build power.
This work out is functional and will improve your power, coordination, agility and flexibility. Body weight resistance and strength circuits will challenge you! This class finishes with 20 minutes for much needed stretching that includes a combination of PNF, rollers, straps and static movements.

Learn About Living Food From recipes, to how and why to grow wheatgrass and other sprouts. Join Rob Schmidt for two classes about living food and why is it good for you! In the first class you will learn about wheatgrass and sprouts. In the second class, you will learn about making a blended dressing as well as a 2,000 year old bread recipe. TEEN FITNESS FUSION Teens will have the opportunity to learn how to work out properly, use the weight room, the fieldhouse and learn an applicable workout according to their own personal fitness goals. When each teen has completed their course they will receive a free one month membership to our facility! Fitness should start at a young age, and teenagers need to be aware of how to keep their body healthy both mentally and physically with exercise and proper eating patterns!
