Registration Reminders How to Pay

Cancellations

NSF Fee

Payment is required in-full at the time of registration. Cash, debit or personal cheques are all accepted. Post dated cheques will not be accepted.

Cancellations must be submitted prior to the registration deadline or a minimum 7 days before the program start date. Refunds will not be granted after the deadline.

A $28 NSF fee will be charged for all NSF cheques. All NSF payments must be made with debit or cash.

Waivers must be filled out at time of payment. Waivers and payments are required for registration to be complete.

Foot Care Nurse Aileen Charehun will care for your feet with nail clipping, corn removal, callous reduction, padding and skin care.

Why Not Wednesdays?

This program is for kids who want to learn the basics of Canada’s favourite game in a weekly skills & scrimmage session.

Each session will consist of basic hockey skills & drills followed by a short scrimmage led by a qualified staff member.

Triple Threat Monday 7:00pm Sept 12 start – Cardio, strength and core!! This fitness class welcomes participants of all ages and levels of fitness. We will be changing equipment every 4 weeks; TRX, rebounders, Move Balls, and more. Please call to book your spot.

Spin & Sculpt Monday 10:30am ongoingThe best benefits of a spinning class combine with a sculpting routine which involves the use of fitness equipment to bring you a great overall work out, this class is great for burning fat and increasing muscle definition. Class is one hour. Space is limited to 24 people so please call to book your spot.

Hard CORE Strength Wednesday 7:00pm ongoing-This class will focus on full body strength and core conditioning. The movements will train the body to improve function. It is low impact. Although there is no cardio, the strength base will trim pounds and build power.

Spin Fridays at 9:00am-9:30am Power Up Friday 9:30am ongoing - This work out is functional and will improve your power, coordination, agility and flexibility. Body weight resistance and strength circuits will challenge you! This class finishes with 20 minutes for much needed stretching that includes a combination of PNF, rollers, straps and static movements.

All classes are $12 drop in or purchase a 10 session punch pass for $100
