Cancellations
NSF Fee
Payment is required in-full at the time of registration. Cash, debit or personal cheque are all accepted. Post dated cheques will not be accepted.
Cancellations must be submitted prior to the registration deadline or a minimum 7 days before the program start date. Refunds will not be granted after the deadline.
A $28 NSF fee will be charged for all NSF cheques. All NSF payments must be made with debit or cash.
Waivers must be filled out at time of payment. Waivers and payments are required for registration to be complete.

Outlaws Cheer Posse
8 week session– DANCE FLIRT for $80 (Flirt with dance...learn a new style every week)
Outlaws Cheer Posse is a competitive All Star cheerleading club located right here in Thorsby. Cheerleading takes a combination of dance, cheers, gymnastics and acrobatic stunting and combines these skills into two and a half minute routines which they perform at competitions. We are now accepting registrations for our fall competitive program and tumbling classes. Registration packages, cost information and schedules can be found on our website www.outlawscheerposse.com
Families enrolled in 2 or more classes will receive a 10% discount. Schedule will be dependent on enrollment. On early dismissal Wednesdays the kids will enjoy retro roller rink at the complex, skate around to the newest playlist of music, and roller skate related games with their friends! Tiny Tots Festival Thorsby and Warburg will be partnering together to host a Tiny Tots Festival this fall! Come down for some free family fun! Trip Details: September 18th– Launchpad & Terwillegar Rec Centre The kids will head off to the Launchpad in the morning, eat lunch there, and then head off to the Terwillegar Recreation Centre, where the children will have the luxury to enjoy their swimming pool, water slides, wave pool, and much more! REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPT. 15TH October 13th– Want to explore nature at it’s finest? We will head off to the Strathcona Wilderness Centre and spend the entire day there! In the morning we will participate in the session ‘Lost in the Woods’, where the kids will learn what to do if you are ever caught in the woods, and unsure of what to do. This is a skill all young people should have! We will then have a lunch sitting around the campfire outside, enjoying nature. Then in the afternoon is all fun and games, games, games! The kids will immerse into instructor lead games by the Strathcona Wilderness Centre staff! There will be a lot of fun games outside! REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS OCT. 8TH November 27th– The children will participate in one of their classic favourite trips! Swimming and a movie of course! We will head over to Leduc Cinemas and watch a movie! Then we will head over to the Leduc Rec Centre and eat lunch there. Then swimming all afternoon, having some fun in the pool! Bring down your most spooky looking jack o’ lantern and enter into the pumpkin carving contest! All ages are welcome! Drop off your pumpkin between October 28th– 30th. Glow Stick Walk at Dusk CFL will be offering a FREE event for the community. The event will be at the Trails, and will be about a 35km walk. Everyone will be given one glow stick to carry with them as we walk through the trails. Everyone is encouraged to dress up in great glow stick ideas. A prize will be given for best glow stick outfit! This cultural festival will include numerous activities for all ages! Some of the events planned are: crafts, games, scarecrow competition, pig roast supper, live music, hot air balloon rides, building dream catchers, wood working and much more! This festival is sure to be a blast, so come out and try something new with your family and friends!
Don’t know where to start with getting back in shape? Want to know how the equipment works in the gym? Need help knowing what exercises are right for you? Join this orientation and learn how to work all the equipment in the gym, how to start getting back in shape, and you’ll learn how to put a simple circuit together for yourself to shed those pounds! Open to both beginner and more experienced yoga practitioners, this 8 week series will introduce and expand on hatha yoga principles for gaining strength, flexibility, range of motion and mind-body awareness. CrossFit Body Blast
This work out is going to focus on your core, legs, and glutes using circuit interval training. It will strengthen and sculpt your lower body. Cardio blasts added for a better burn! Children of any age welcome. Childcare is not provided, but there will be a space set up for them to play.
Encouraging all ages and levels of fitness to this circuit interval training with core strengthening , cardio, and strength training. Extreme Fit Monday 7:00pm ongoing - This fitness class welcomes participants of all ages and levels of fitness, and provides a total body workout. Each session is approximately 1 hour and combines circuit training, cardio, core strengthening, body sculpting and/or flexibility. This class uses a variety of equipment including Moveball, TRX fusion, Interval Training, Circuit Training and more. Participants are limited please call to book your spot.
Spin & Sculpt Monday 10:30am or Wednesday 7:00pm starting Sept 14 th and 16th– The best benefits of a spinning class combine with a sculpting routine which involves the use of fitness equipment to bring you a great overall workout, this class is great for burning fat and increasing muscle definition. Class is one hour. Space is limited to 24 people so please call to book your spot.
HIIT Jump Wednesday 12:00pm Sept 16th start- Pressed for time? This 45 minute nooner class is 35 minutes of intense full body fitness, with warm up and cool down. Introducing mini trampolines with handles for a low impact, high intensity results.
Power Up Friday 9:00am Sept 18th start - This work out is functional and will improve your power, coordination, agility and flexibility. Body weight resistance and strength circuits will challenge you! This class finishes with 20 minutes for much needed stretching that includes a combination of PNF, rollers, straps and static movements. Car seats, strollers and children are welcome to come to class provided they are content with us. There is no childcare provided, but the room is large with lots of space to sleep, run and play while we workout.
