Good evening and welcome to today's Hellenic League game against Hereford Lads Club.
Little did I know when writing my opening notes planned. The changing rooms have been given a

for our game against Patchway Town in the GFA Challenge Trophy on the 7th January, that it would turn out to be our last home game until tonight.
It's great to be able to welcome our local community back to the Mundys and we hope that you have all kept yourselves well and haven't missed football too much! Thank you to all of our supporters and people in the community that are keyworkers and have helped kept Thornbury, Bristol and the entire country healthy and running in the past 6 months. Enjoy the game!
Even though everyone behind the scenes were disappointed that the season was curtailed and any promotion hopes quashed, the lads are We also have lots going on behind the scenes with further ground improvements completed or refresh with new flooring and fittings.
We will be relocating the stand to the far side touchline, as well as double seating capacity with a second stand alongside it.
The club has also secured separate planning permission to extend the pavilion at the Mundys to improve our clubhouse facilities in the future.
There are lots going on within the club and I'm sure the whole of Thornbury Town from Under 6s to our First Team will be back stronger!
