THOMPSON THRIFT’S 40TH ANNIVERSARY

Celebrating 40 Years of Excellence

2026 marks 40 years of positively impacting our team members and the communities we serve.

Founded in 1986 by John Thompson and Paul Thrift, Thompson Thrift has grown from a locally focused development and construction company into an integrated, full-service real estate firm with a national scope.

Across four decades and multiple market cycles, our focus has remained disciplined: select the right markets, execute with excellence, steward capital responsibly, and build long-term partnerships grounded in trust.

40 years later, those principles continue to guide every decision.

Introducing 40 Acts of Service

In celebration of Thompson Thrift’s 40th anniversary, we are proud to introduce 40 Acts of Service, a year-long initiative focused on positively impacting the communities we serve.

This initiative creates meaningful opportunities for team members and their families to serve through existing TT Serve programs and team member-led grant projects that positively impact a nonprofit organization in their community. Signature and Community Impact grants are awarded based on the strength of the proposal and alignment with Thompson Thrift values.

Jake Flagg, Sr Director, Development, was awarded a Signature Grant to support the Light for Levi Foundation, which provides financial assistance to families of children with special needs or brain injuries.

Grant funds will support participation in the Light for Levi golf outing, with proceeds benefiting the foundation’s program that helps families offset medical-related expenses. Team members will participate through sponsored golf foursomes and volunteer opportunities during the event.
