A tuition free, six month career training program that helps "Leaders" (program participants) develop the personal and professional skills necessary to succeed in the workplace. We offer a variety of career certification and training options paired with relational support to bring about holistic transformation

Neighborhood's recruitment pipeline has a waitlist of 120 dedicated applicants eager to invest their time in breaking their cycle of poverty. Your investment ensures 60 individuals will receive holistic Workforce Development Training in 2024. With your financial partnership, hiring the region's top talent and standing up new innovative projects we plan to see over 400 individuals exit poverty for good over the next three years
