FOUNDATIONS IN LEARNING FOR THE FUTURE We provide a strong foundation in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) to our youngest Highlanders in Lower School, including our Robotics & Coding program, the iLab, and the DICE (Design, Innovation, Collaboration, and Engineering) Lab.

TECHNOLOGY FORWARD Our new Director of Technology and expanded team of educational technologists are leading innovative initiatives across all divisions. We launched our 1:1 school-managed device program to enhance educational experience, task management, and cybersecurity. Our teachers are transitioning to allwireless technology to create more dynamic and flexible learning environments.

EXPANDED CURRICULUM OFFERINGS

INNOVATIVE SCHEDULES TO ENHANCE LEARNING

We expanded our Upper School curriculum to include 20 new courses including Organic Chemistry, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Entrepreneurial Studies, Data Science, and Italian Renaissance Art.

Our new, flexible schedules in Middle and Upper Schools promote deeper learning, increase classroom engagement, and provide more opportunities for collaboration and hands-on inquiry.

EXCEPTIONAL FACULTY & ONGOING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

INNOVATION INSTITUTE ENHANCEMENTS

We hire the very best teachers available in the national marketplace and support our faculty through leadingedge professional development.

We expanded the Middle School Innovation Institute to include an Incubator Lab and courses in Business & Entrepreneurship and Broadcast Journalism.

Elevate Achievers The new Upper School Center for Innovation & Academics offers transformative spaces for Highlanders to learn, collaborate, problem-solve, and create.

To prepare Highlanders to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex and interconnected world, our learning spaces must inspire collaboration, creativity, and innovative thinking. The new Center for Innovation & Academics creates the immersive, cross-disciplinary learning environment needed to prepare Highlanders to excel in college and beyond. This exceptional facility replaces Hale and Johnston Halls, outdated structures built in the 1950s which no longer match the excellence of our students and faculty.

Elevate Champions The new Multisport Athletic Facility and adjacent field renovation at the LHAC offer exceptional spaces that elevate the training and competition facilities for our outstanding Highlander Athletes.

HIGHLANDER ACHIEVEMENTS Our Wrestling program is currently housed in a rented warehouse plagued with maintenance issues, while our Archers practice in a cramped, metal hut at the LHAC. Our numerous court teams constantly face a lack of available gym space on our campuses. Our field athletes are limited by overuse of the natural grass fields and lack of field lighting at the LHAC.

Elevate Performers The Arts District is a dynamic center for musicians and performers that features extensively renovated spaces for Orchestra, Band, Chorus, and Drama.

Our dedicated musicians currently practice in cramped, converted classrooms on the ground floor of the Rex Building. These rooms do not provide the space or acoustics needed for optimal music training.
