Justice James Omotosho of a Federal High Court in Abuja, has ordered the Independent National Electoral

Commission (INEC) to amend its revised time-table for the conduct of the 2027 general elections, in

compliance with the provisions of the Electoral Act 2026. Omotosho issued the order on

Tuesday while delivering judgment in the suit brought against the commission by the Social Democratic
