filed by the presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and that of Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, challenging the declaration of Senator Bola Tinubu
as President. The five-member panel, led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, said the date for judgement in the two petitions would be communicated
