Learner Information We hope you're excited to start learning with our Skills Bootcamp in Games Design. There's a lot in store for you over the next 12 weeks so here's an easy to follow guide on your upcoming course schedule.

STEP ONE

Take a look at the Example on page 3

There's a few rules you'll need to follow when booking in your study sessions so please make sure of the following when looking at your timetable and sequence list:

THE UNITS IN EACH SECTION MUST BE COMPLETED IN NUMERICAL ORDER.

UNITS A1 - A3 MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE SECTION B SECTIONS F-J MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER

STEP TWO Take a look at the Unit Sequence List on page 4-5

This means that each week you can choose between the available unit sessions shown on the timetable but you must complete each section in numerical order.

There are a total of 40 sessions to complete. You should aim to complete at least 3 - 4 sessions per week.

We'll be recording all of our live sessions and you’ll have access to these once you’ve attended live so you can refer back to them should you need to.

Let’s take a look at how you could plan your sessions using the example timetable on the left.

Week 1 Start the Skills Bootcamp on Monday at 12.30 with A1

You could then study: D1 to D4 on Tuesday to Friday A2 & A3 on Tuesday and Wednesday

You wouldn’t be able to study J1 & J2 yet as you need to complete F to I first.

These will appear again later in the schedule for you.

Week 2 You can study: B1 to B2 on Thursday and Friday K1 on Friday F1, G1, H1 & H2 on Monday to Thursday If you completed A2 & A3 in week 1 you could do: A4 to A6 on Monday to Wednesday This is just an example - take a look at our live timetable on page 6 onwards to plan your sessions.
