The warm and sunny start to spring has brought with it a vivid display of flowers in many places of the UK this year, and nowhere was this more apparent than at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show in London.

Sightsavers UK was among the charities given a platform at the event and features on our cover this issue. Designed as an accessible, inclusive space for visitors, with disabilities or without, the sensory container garden featured simple materials, multi-sensory planting and a central turning circle designed for wheelchair users. Read more about this, and other inclusive gardens at the event from page 8.

Medical equipment manufacturer Alerta Medical has launched Strato-Cruise, a folding pavement mobility scooter featuring safety riding technology.

Powered by a 37V battery and with a 25-mile range the user can plan longer trips without constant charging.

Available in red or grey, the Strato-Cruise effortlessly handles common obstacles like driveway dropped kerbs, door thresholds, uneven pavements, and short grass, thanks to a powerful brushless motor and large wheels.

King’s Award for Ergochair

Bespoke ergonomic seating manufacturer Ergochair has been honoured with a King’s Award for Enterprise in the category of Innovation.

Ergochair was one of 185 organisations nationally to be recognised with a prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in 2026.

Employing 27 people, Bristol-

based Ergochair was founded in 2002 and began by designing and manufacturing chairs for individuals with complex clinical needs.

Over the years since the firm has looked to redefine what supportive seating looks like across workplaces, home offices, and beyond.

The company has built a strong reputation for innovation in UK-based manufacturing, developing products that are used by organisations across the UK and exported globally.

Ergochair says that its commitment to continuous improvement and user-focused design has been central to its success and recognition with this award.

Carbon comfort Kymco UK has introduced the K-Carbon, a new powerchair that combines lightweight construction with everyday practicality.

Built with a carbon fibre frame, the K-Carbon has a net weight of 14kg, making it easy to manage and transport, while supporting a maximum user weight of 136kg.

Its features include a 50cm seat height, extended seat depth for improved legroom, and a tension-adjustable backrest to support a more comfortable seating position.

All-around suspension is included to help deliver a smoother ride across a range of everyday surfaces.

Ideal for outdoor use, the K-Carbon is fitted with dual compound solid wide front wheels to help users negotiate dropped kerbs more smoothly.

Powered by a 200W motor, the K-Carbon offers a range of up to eight miles, making it suitable for short trips, shopping visits and day-to-day use.

The powerchair is manually folding, and with compact dimensions, it is well suited to users who need a powerchair that is easy to store and transport.

Careco opens 40th UK showroom Mobility retailer CareCo has opened its 40th UK showroom in Stockton-on-Tees as part of its continued UK growth. It is the second opening of the year for the mobility brand, following Swansea in March. The business is seeing rapid growth and has plans to open four more showrooms throughout 2026.

The new showroom offers plenty of free parking, including disabled spaces. Specialists are on-hand to provide tailored consultations and product demonstrations and there are dedicated areas for customers to try out products. The showroom also offers easy access for all visitors, complete with free Wi-Fi and customer toilets.

Suave mover Dash Rehab has expanded its mobility product range with the launch of the Dash Suave carbon rollator, a lightweight and foldable walking aid that combines practical functionality with a modern, premium finish.

Weighing 5.5kg, the Suave carbon rollator features a durable carbon fibre frame that provides strong support without adding unnecessary weight.

This makes it easy to lift, manoeuvre and transport.

Featuring carbon-inspired tubing the rollator also benefits from a compact fold-down design, allowing it to collapse quickly and without the use of tools for convenient storage in car boots, cupboards and on public transport.

AWARD RECOGNITION FOR PROCARE PROCare has been named 'Supply Chain Partner of the Year' at the Northern Housing Awards, recognising its role in helping housing providers improve adaptation delivery, strengthen resident outcomes and create more efficient, integrated supply chains.

The award recognises PROCare’s approach to working as an embedded delivery partner rather than a traditional supplier, supporting housing associations and local authorities through specialist surveying, specification support, manufacturing, logistics and ongoing service delivery.

Wigan-based PROCare supports more than 20,000 bathroom, wetroom and adapted kitchen projects annually and carries out 15,000 specialist surveys each year.

Cliq and go Portable mobility specialist eFOLDi has unveiled its latest mobility scooter, the eFOLDi Cliq, a compact take-apart scooter.

The Cliq offers a practical solution for consumers who want support, stability, and comfort but still need a practical, portable solution that can be separated into manageable parts.

With a weight of 31kg the Cliq separates into four easy-to-assemble sections. Its modular design uses easy ‘click’ connections to support quick assembly, while its compact take-apart format makes it suitable for car boots, home storage and everyday use.

NEW ROSS CARE WHEELCHAIR SERVICE Ross Care is the new provider of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Wheelchair Service, commissioned by NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care Board. With more than 60 years of experience, Ross Care provides Wheelchair Services and NHS-approved repairs across the UK. Serving 40 regions in England and Wales, it supports over 400,000 wheelchair users each year across 40 regions in England and Wales.

ONE IOTA LAUNCHES APP One iota has launched Amplify, a Shopify-native kiosk app designed to help retailers extend their full ecommerce offering into physical stores.

One iota works with a number of leading retail brands to deliver connected store experiences, helping bridge the gap between digital and physical retail environments.

Available on the Shopify marketplace, Amplify allows customers to browse, filter and explore a retailer’s entire product catalogue in-store, before completing their purchase on their own mobile via QR code. The app can be deployed in minutes on existing devices, giving retailers immediate access to new functionality.

Katelyn McGuinness (pictured far left) has been appointed as marketing and website assistant, Victoria King strengthens the finance team as Accounts Assistant, and Rob Cooper joins the workshop team as a technician.

The appointments follow a period of continued development for eFOLDi, with the business focused on strengthening the support behind its growing range and trade network.

CareFlex welcomes sales manager Scott Wheeler has been appointed as sales manager at CareFlex, bringing with him more than 11 years of experience within the specialist seating and postural care industry.

Scott joins the team with a strong background in assessment-led seating solutions, team leadership, and customer-focused service delivery. Throughout his career, Scott says he he has remained passionate about ensuring individuals receive the right support, backed by knowledgeable guidance, high-quality products, and ongoing aftercare.

Speaking about joining CareFlex, Scott said: “I’ve been in the industry

for 11 years, starting as a seating assessor in the south east. After a few years, I moved into managing the UK product specialist team, growing it from 5 to 20 specialists, who supported thousands of assessments each year.

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026 offered plenty of accessible, inclusive spaces to engage the senses.

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show in London last month showcased a range of accessible gardens for those with mobility and healthcare challenges, offering plenty of inspiration and stories. It also created a platform for these UK charities to leverage the show’s global reach for high-profile fundraising and awareness...

ASTHMA AND LUNG UK The ‘Breathing Space Garden’ was designed by garden designer Angus Thompson whose wife, Kate Binnie, provides breathing therapy groups for the charity and supports people with lung conditions in palliative care. Angus and Kate’s daughter lives with asthma, and Kate’s mother also lived with severe breathlessness.

Built by his partner Dan Flynn – the ‘Breathing Space Garden’ is a tranquil woodland-edge garden that is designed to be a sanctuary for those seeking a calm, supportive breathing space in which to recover and reconnect with nature.

The garden draws on the Japanese aesthetic of yohaku no bi “the beauty of empty space” – a design philosophy that embraces simplicity, quietness, and clarity.

According to Angus, every element was chosen to encourage calm and relaxation, with a focus on accessible, inclusive design for all visitors and low-allergen planting for sensitive lungs, such as New Zealand Moss.

Two striking structural pine trees are positioned at the heart of the garden.

Symbols of strength and resilience, they are thought to have antioxidant and immune-boosting qualities.

They’re also thought to help clean the air of toxic particulate matter, a leading cause of poor lung health.

The garden is being relocated to the Breathing Space lung rehabilitation centre in Rotherham, supported

by Asthma + Lung UK. Here the ‘Breathing Space Garden’ will become a permanent therapeutic space offering holistic support for people living with lung conditions, maintained in partnership with the local community.

garden with Parkinson’s UK. Called ‘A Garden for Every Parkinson’s Journey’, it was sponsored by grant-giving charity Project Giving Back.

The garden was a special and highly emotional project for her, she says, as her sister lives with Parkinson’s and her late uncle had the condition.

The garden sought to raise awareness of Parkinson’s – a complex neurological condition with more than 40 symptoms, from tremor and pain to fatigue and anxiety — while celebrating the restorative power of gardening and thoughtfully designed green space.

Arit says that the design emerged from a creative Parkinson’s UK workshop, which brought together gardeners living with Parkinson’s, their loved ones and carers.

From these conversations, a set of guiding principles were developed, including generous

The Parkinson’s community wanted the garden to be both beautiful and accessible. Mindful of this, Arit integrated functionality with artistry throughout the garden and the resulting design unfolds in three distinct narratives, connected through the language of plants.

A wide, accessible Yorkstone path, allowing for Parkinson’s gait, weaves through the garden’s contrasting borders, unified by a sinuous ‘handrill’ that functions as both a water feature and tactile handrail. The sound and movement of water provide sensory cues that assist with freezing, a sudden temporary inability to move – a symptom of Parkinson’s.

A colourful plant palette aimed to uplift and energise, with a vibrant, sunny border of jewel-toned perennials and annuals. In contrast, a wraparound border of woodland-inspired plants were designed to promotes rest and calmness. An abstract sculpture provides a focal point and support, while a more muted palette speaks to the visual disturbances and spatial awareness that can become blurred with Parkinson’s.

Visitors can sit and rest in a secluded space beneath a sculptural, wooden arch.

The garden was designed to provide 24hour interest, maximising the time spent in nature for those experiencing insomnia, a common Parkinson’s symptom.

A special, low scent Parkinson’s Resilience rose was launched at the Chelsea Flower Show by Harkness Roses and was named by people living with the condition. Its very low scent highlights anosmia – loss of smell – another common but often overlooked early symptom of Parkinson’s.

‘A Garden for every Parkinson’s Journey’ is being relocated to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, a Parkinson’s Centre of Excellence.

SIGHTSAVERS UK Sightsavers presented an innovative sensory container garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show which enabled visitors to see, hear, feel, taste and touch their way round .

Garden designers Peter Karn, Janice Molyneux and Sarah Fisher hoped that visitors, with disabilities or without, would find it an accessible, inclusive space that engages all their senses.

The Sightsavers’ three-metre by four-metre ‘We Start With Sight But We Don’t Stop There’ garden was inspired by Sightsavers’ work to protect sight, eliminate diseases and promote disability rights. The garden features flowers, trees, grasses and design elements that engage the five senses, such as creeping thyme and chives.

During the Chelsea Flower Show, members of Step Change Studios, an inclusive dance group (pictured above), showcased a short sequence in the Sightsavers’ garden. The performance

by Roche, who has Down's syndrome, and Abigail, who uses a wheelchair and has a hearing impairment, brought the garden’s message of belonging, inclusion and accessibility to life.

The garden is being relocated to Chailey Heritage Foundation in Sussex, a school for children and young people aged three to 19, who live with complex physical disabilities and associated health needs.

It will be housed within a redeveloped area of the therapy farm at the school, which will also be open to the public.

Tina Worboys, the designer of the ‘Microbes and Minds Garden’ was particularly interested in how a daily diet rich in apple cider vinegar can help by feeding gut microbiome.

She says that she was inspired by the rural orchards of Worcestershire and Herefordshire. At its heart stands an apple tree symbolising ‘The Mother’, the naturally occurring culture of beneficial bacteria formed during fermentation.

Surrounding it are curved sculptures designed to protect ‘The Mother’ and, metaphorically, the sitter within the intimate seating area, reflecting apple cider vinegar’s wellness benefits.

A gently bubbling water feature represents fermentation in action, while the planting radiates outward to illustrate the ripple effects of a healthy gut microbiome. Herbs such as chamomile, cow parsley and chives feature in the garden, as well as forget-me-nots, the emblem of Alzheimer’s Society.

The garden has been designed to offer a cocooning sanctuary to visitors with dementia, and a place to think and connect with nature.

The ‘Microbes and Minds Garden’ is now being relocated to a Hallmark Luxury Care Home, where it will live on through the enjoyment of residents, loved ones and people living with dementia.

WHAT DOES THE PRODUCT SALES DIVISION PORTFOLIO INCLUDE? “Our portfolio is extensive. We offer over 4,000 daily living aids across key categories including beds, mobility and access, bathing and toileting.

“In addition, we have 400-plus ownbrand products spanning eight different categories, giving us significant control over quality, cost, and innovation.

“The acquisition also included Complete Care Shop, which now operates as a standalone business within the group under the leadership of Venessa Hodgson.”

WHAT CHALLENGES DID NRS FACE DURING THE ACQUISITION? “In truth, the challenges pale in comparison to the opportunities. One of the biggest hurdles was perception.

There was widespread media coverage of NRS Healthcare entering administration, but very little coverage of the acquisition and continuation of the Product Sales Division as NRS-UK. As a result, many occupational therapists, commissioners and end users were initially unaware that they could still access our products.

“We also encountered some confusion around the clear separation between the Product Sales Division and the issues faced by the previous organisation and its service division.

“Beyond that, there were the typical challenges associated with establishing a new company within an existing group – integrating teams, systems and processes. However, the level of support and collaboration from the Mobilitas Group has been unprecedented and has been instrumental in building strong foundations for the future. Ultimately,

“Externally, rising global costs for raw materials and finished goods continue to present ongoing pressure.

At the same time, we are continually seeking more efficient and cost-effective ways to operate across the business and our distribution network.”

Access all areas Sync Living’s new Independence & Mobility Hub in Belfast has opened its doors, and it has all bases covered…

Formed in 1996 in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Sync Living supplies specialist products to support people with impaired mobility throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. The family business is led by brothers Mark and Neil Spottiswoode, who bought the business from their father.

Mark Spottiswoode is managing director and head of trade, and is based at the retailer’s York Road depot, alongside financial director Gary Martin. Neil Spottiswoode is director and head of sales, based at the retailer’s new Independence & Mobility Hub at Jennymount Business Park.

Also leading the business is Stephen Flynn, associate director at Sync Living and head of business development.

In the early days, Sync Living initially began building a reputation for specialising in bathroom adaptations for

clients as well as supplying accessible bathroom products to the trade.

Since then, however, the business has grown, with its product range following suit and the need for a larger showroom to showcase and assess with the products became obvious.

Sync Living supplies a vast range of mobility equipment, such as mobility scooters, lightweight wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs, and walking aids. It also provides a large selection of living aids, including riser recliner armchairs, electric beds, grab rails and stairlifts.

Its specialist bathroom equipment includes automatic wash/dry toilets, wet room showers, walk-in baths, and hoists, while its sensory range includes multisensory rooms and equipment for nurseries, schools, and homes.

KEY PEOPLE “A family business from day one, we

have never forgotten the personal approach to our customers,” says Stephen, who is the showroom manager at the new ‘Independence & Mobility Hub’ in Belfast.

Stephen says that his journey in the industry began in 2007 providing products and assessment for people with back pain. He then spent nearly nine years in 24-hour postural support in paediatrics covering sitting, sleeping

and standing, working in support of occupational and physiotherapists.

He adds: “I have now covered everything from paediatrics to dementia care in my various roles. My motivation has always been the same – provide the best there is for those who need it!”

At Sync Living its experienced staff members help to keep standards high throughout the business. “The range of knowledge and experience throughout the team really is second to none,” explains Stephen.

“From the visionary ambitions of the directors to conceptualize and develop Ireland’s first ‘Independence & Mobility Hub, right through to the sales support team and engineers.”

The product accessors at Sync Living are some of the best in the business, Stephen says. “From the specialists advisors covering wheelchairs and mobility, bathroom adaptation, sensory and positioning support, right through to the sitting, sleeping and living specialist on site – all areas are more than covered!”

EXPAND AND REBRAND Once the decision was made to expand Sync Living, Stephen explains that the business first addressed how any new premises could be relevant to all of its client groups, which includes healthcare professionals, trade and the public.

He says: “The answer was to create the largest syncronised healthcare solutions showroom on the island of Ireland!”

In 2024, the Independence and Mobility Hub by Sync Living was born.

Known locally as ‘The Hub’, it is based alongside Northern Ireland’s busiest stretch of road where the M1 and M2 motorways meet, and customers can

Aside from ensuring that the showroom was relevant to its key customers, Sync Living is designed to be accessible to all.

Stephen explains: “We have two separate entrances on the ground floor, one with lift access to the main showroom areas on the first floor, and one with a stairlift access from our downstairs mobility showroom, which is also a great way of showcasing our stairlifts, so everyone can access our large discovery areas upstairs.”

When it came to the actual layout, much thought was put into it, says Stephen. “We settled on the concept of a healthcare journey through all age groups and needs, from ‘paediatric’ to ‘palliative’ care.

“The wonderful colours of the children’s sensory area lead into the homecare living, working, and bathing solutions areas, easily and without marketing prompts or sales gimmicks. This is not to be a

shop, but rather a ‘solutions-lead’ experience for everyone who visits.

“If you’re a parent with a child with additional needs you will feel as relaxed as the older person requiring a rise and recline chair assessment who might also be in the showroom.

If you are an occupational therapist arriving with a client for a wash/dry toilet assessment, the use of the fully operational ‘Changing Places’ suite within the showroom is invaluable.

“Clients arriving early for appointments with one of our specialists can sit in our accessible kitchen area with a cup of tea or coffee while they wait or just explore the various scooters and rollators on display.”

As well as the general public, Sync Living might also welcome contractors and design teams requiring support on a building project, for instance, and he explains that they will be given a tour of the facility and use of their meeting room if required.

Sync Living has a trade and servicing team which is still based at its original premises around the corner from The Hub. “Our team of engineers are kept very busy with everything from ramp installation, sensory room fit outs, hoist or stairlift installations and full bathroom installs,” says Stephen.

Sync Living specialises in many products, but it is very strong in beds, seating, mobility, and bathrooms.

One of the newer products the retailer has introduced is an ‘ergonomic solutions’ suite. Stephen says: “Ergonomic solutions and DSE (display screen equipment) assessments have long been a passion of mine and the introduction of this service means that local companies have access to somewhere with everything from highly ergonomic office seating to keyboards and mice that offer relief from back, neck shoulder and wrist complaints.

They look really smart as well!”

Sync Living’s relationship with its suppliers is key, explains Stephen.

“It’s extremely important that we trust our suppliers to deliver on their goods and services accordingly. We never lose sight of the fact that these products can be life changing for our clients, and hope that the suppliers give this their full attention as well.

“We are very lucky to have so many on board that do just that and we have built up many great relationships over the years.”

Aside from the showroom Sync Living plays a key role within the local community, regularly hosting charity groups and community organisations and offering them meeting spaces or somewhere to host their events.

Its website does continue to evolve however as it continues to bring new products and services on board. Says Stephen: “Quite often the website is the first point of contact for any potential customer, so it’s important that they find us easily. The brand is clean, informative, and reactive and that’s what you should get right across the board.”

Despite challenges such as supply, pricing, and overheads, the healthcare market continues to trend upwards, explains Stephen. With the ageing population he says that it is inevitable that there will be additional need for the products they provide.

“Our challenge is how accessible we are as a company, how we promote ourselves and how we are perceived in the industry, as well as by the end user.

“Our business plan ensures that we are to the forefront of the local market as a trusted provider of healthcare equipment and services.”

Sync Living will always be evolving as the market demands, he says.

PADs: Power assisted devices The availability of lightweight batteries has meant that an increasing variety of power assisted devices are now possible for manual wheelchair users. What’s on offer?

The May 2026 issue of THIIS’ Buyer’s Guide listed a variety of after-market add-on propulsion power assist devices for manual wheelchairs.

Coincidentally, the article in that issue’s Let’s Get It Clear series addressed the topic of combining medical devices, most specifically covering after-market accessories.

In this month’s article we merge the two, covering the benefits of add-on power assist devices (PADs), looking at the various types that are available, and enquiring how we might know they are ‘safe’.

For many people with mobility impairments, a manual wheelchair becomes their ‘legs’. However, just as much as there’s a limit to the distance an ambulatory person can or will use their legs, there’s a limit to how much activity and distance a manual wheelchair occupant can achieve through the use of their arms and hands in propelling their manual wheelchair.

For those who are unable at all to propel a manual wheelchair, then a powered wheelchair is probably the best option. However, these days there is a middle ground of adding a small power

assist system to a manual wheelchair.

Small lightweight lithium-ion batteries have facilitated the proliferation of options available to the wheelchair user, just as they have for cyclists or foot-propelled scooter users.

For manual wheelchair users, PADs can be added to their chairs to aid propulsion, and these are the subject of this article. They can be front, mid, or rear mounted. Most can be occupantcontrolled, and some assistantcontrolled. It is noteworthy that there are also other areas where power assist can be found, including for steering, for tilt or recline of the seat, or for raising the occupant’s legs, for example.

Permobil White Paper1 entitled “A systematic review of the evidence for power assist devices”. The identified evidence-based benefits from using any type of PAD were shown to be:

to provide ‘power assistance’ to reduce the strains on the occupant’s shoulders and wrists were lever assisted propulsion units or hand propelled pedal cycle units. These options were originally more prevalent in mainland Europe, and are now readily available in the UK. There can be a choice of Integrated Lever Wheelchairs (e.g. all-terrain models like the Mountain Trike2 use a direct-steer lever system) allowing users to drive and steer without gripping hand-rims, or AddOn Conversion Kits (e.g. devices like NuDrive3 (Fig. 1) which can be attached in seconds to most standard manual wheelchairs to convert them instantly into a lever-drive system).

FRONT-MOUNTED PADS Most front-mounted PADs attach to the manual wheelchair frame, and lift the front casters off the ground. Most also have a tiller steering mechanism, with the outcome looking much like a mobility scooter. But not all! In Australia, in Perth, they are currently experimenting with powered front casters, as an alternative which would need to be joystick controlled.

Examples from the May issue of THIIS included various Triride4 products (e.g. Fig.2), and the Cruiser (Fig. 3) and Eco Assist from Rehasense5.

MAIN WHEEL PADS These PADs are usually a replacement for the main wheel, and typically provide a servo assisted supplement to the manual propulsion activity through the rim of the wheel. There are variations where one or both main wheels are power-assisted.

Examples are the Alber Emotion DuoDrive (Fig. 4)6 and the Alber E-fix by Invacare.

REAR-MOUNTED PADS The rear-mounted PADs fall into two camps, one type assists the occupant, while the other is designed for assistant control. A rear PAD typically fits under the chair, with a single rear caster or omni-directional rollers.

Examples of occupant-assist are the SMOOV One7 by Invacare, the TODO Drive8 by DASH Rehab, and the SmartDrive by Permobil9 (Fig. 5). Examples of assistant controlled add-on devices are Alber6 ViaGO by Invacare and a choice in the Powerstroll10 by Drive Medical range (Fig. 6).

in the vicinity of the device. Also to be considered is that a PAD could also exert greater forces due to the increased mass and power from the motors being exerted on the manual wheelchair frame than for which it was originally designed.

In the EU there are safety and usability standards covering pass/fail criteria for manual wheelchairs (EN 1218311), and for powered wheelchairs (EN 1218412). At the time of writing, there’s a few new aspects of note.

First, both standards are undergoing minor revisions so that they can

become ‘harmonised’ standards which means that it becomes a legal requirement that any wheelchair sold in the EU has passed the listed tests.

Second, in these revisions, the Annex in EN 12184 covering PADs has been revised to ensure that all three types of PAD can be tested to meet the requirements of EN 12184. Third, at May’s meeting of the ISO wheelchair standards working groups, it was agreed to aim to get the harmonised European standards also published as ISO standards as soon as possible.

An area still to be addressed is that of crash-testing. A chair that has passed an ISO 7176-19 crash test will probably perform very differently with a PAD attached: a front mounted PAD would need a different test rig designed, for example.

The main issue many mobility businesses face isn’t so much a lack of ideas or effort but complexity.

Most mobility retailers and manufacturers I speak to are

extremely busy — serving customers, managing teams, and juggling stock, service, and sales. Behind the scenes though things are… messy.

Leads come from different sources, and enquiries can sit in inboxes while sales teams use various methods.

Customer information is scattered, making consistency difficult. Followup does happen… when someone remembers. If this sounds familiar it is not so much a people problem, but a complexity problem.

Soon, a simple process becomes complex with duplicate tools and manual steps. Clarity fades, decisions slow, and customer experience suffers. This is when most mobility businesses get stuck and that’s why things are difficult. Complexity costs more than you think.

In the mobility sector, in which trust, timing, and personal service matter, it hits even harder, because your customers aren’t browsing for fun, they need help, and sometimes, urgently. If you’re slow, inconsistent, or disorganised they don’t wait, they go elsewhere, even if they’ve bought from you before.

Sales, onboarding, delivery, and follow-up get easier with standard core processes. It may be boring, but everyone knows what to expect.

Try to automate repeatable, highvalue tasks like lead capture, follow-up, booking, and customer communication and focus on what gives leverage.

LET’S GET PRACTICAL Pinpointing where leads are lost and where the process breaks down or wastes time will help in the long-term. Having a central space for contacts, conversations, and pipelines makes business performance more visible in real-time.

Automation of this process improves consistency and operational measures.

It will give you greater visibility into the process and give you more insight about opportunities for improvement and everything improve faster.

If enquiries are captured and follow-up is consistent, your team acts confidently, customers enjoy a better experience, and sales rise (without extra marketing spend!).
