In 2012, the KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (KBTG) at Kasikorn Bank PCL aimed to develop FinTech, a new financial technology. The group chose an old building in Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi province, as its creative space of approx 66,000 SQ M, with an interior design solution executed by a team of architects from pbm. The brief was to create a workspace that could accommodate approximately 800 employees per floor, with spatial flexibility to support future rearrangements of the program.
