The “REYNALDO LEBITE BANJAWAN” of the Allen National High School was born on December 16, 1967 in Brgy Kinaguitman, Allen Northern Samar He is a loving and dependable husband to his meticulous wife, Rowena Gatacilo Banjawan He is an appreciative and a responsive provider to his three gorgeous and brilliant daughters: Lourdes Clare, Remy Chat and Lily Rose. His outstanding and commendable work experiences as an educator in Alegria NHS (1995-2003), Allen NHS (2004-2014), and his excellent and praiseworthy work experiences of being a goal-oriented and proactive school head in Allen District (2015-2019), Allen NHSSHS (2020), Capul AIS (2020-2022), and Allen NHS (2022- Present) lead him on where he is now and make him the competent leader he can be today.

Having strong ethics is one of the qualities a leader is worth having Sir Banjawan values his integrity by being hands-on in managing the school’s administration and welfare. Some instances are when he followed strictly the call time for every event and meeting they have. This results in teachers being punctual and having a sense of time In every event and affair that the school is hosting, our principal is making sure that he is keeping an eye on it and is involved in every process of organizing it.

It is a fact that enhancing and strengthening yourself is a powerful move to a better form of yourself. Thus, the selfrespect that our leader holds on to himself is astonishing and inspiring to witness. He is one of those educators who still value their education and has an interest in further developing it One of his wishes at the moment is to have his doctoral degree. Furthermore, when people are given absolute power and the ability to manage an organization, oftentimes they take advantage and exert dominance over their subjects However, there is no occurrence that those things happened over the course of his management. His life principle is still withstanding up until the day he was bestowed with the power of managing Allen National High School. The feeling of someone exerting superiority is somewhat annoying and frustrating, but he did not even make the personnel feel an ounce of it. Now, his foot is still on the ground together with the people who are helping him in managing the school.

Having someone who cares for your well-being and comfort is indeed flattering An example of this is his 10-point agenda presented when he was first introduced to Allen National High School. One of those agenda is having offices for organizations in the school, like the Supreme Secondary Learner’s Government (SSLG). In the meantime, these offices are still under planning and organizing The second thing is, adding more buildings and a covered court for the students’ convenience.

Ultimately, those traits, experiences, and plans were his evidences to prove that he is an effective leader, his expertise per se. A lot of factors can be a hindrance to your success, but a hindrance is only a hindrance when you consider it as one Withstanding the difficulties and challenges of life is a great step to make in becoming who you wanted to be.
