Nothing compares with the music of Christmas. Once we begin to hear the carols, hymns, and anthems, a certain spirit fills the air and wonderful memories fill our hearts. Some complain that this music begins all too soon, even before Thanksgiving, but I think it just reminds us of how we hunger for Christmas and how we need Christmas. And so, let the songs begin! There’s a song in the air! There’s a star in the sky! There’s a mother’s deep prayer and a baby’s low cry! And the star rains its fire while the beautiful sing, For the manger of Bethlehem cradles a King! Josiah G. Holland May you be blessed by the music of the Advent-Christmas season as we prepare again to celebrate our Savior’s birth. Your friend,
