SNAPOLOGY

Gamebots

In this game-focused robotics program, your engineer will explore the basics of robotics while playing awesome games with classmates! While working with a partner to complete various challenges, your student will learn how to effectively utilize sensors, how different mechanical components work and develop their coding skills.

Amusement Park Adventures

Students become engineers of their own amusement park rides and learn the core physics and engineering concepts used to make a ride thrilling. We’ll build new rides each day leading up to an amazing theme park by the end of camp!

BUILDING BRAINS

LEGO® Engineering I

Building Brains uses LEGO® and K’NEX educational kits to build math and science (S.T.E.M.) skills. Students will build simple machines that really work, using gears, levers and pulleys, while building fine motor skills, sequential thinking skills, problem solving skills and confidence.

LEGO® Engineering II

Learn to build simple machines using gears, levers and pulleys and then motorize these machines using LEGO® and K’NEX educational kits and curriculum while building math and science (S.T.E.M.) skills. Written engineering curriculum reinforces the classroom curriculum with hands-on education. We will also work with solar and pneumatic energy.

LEGO® III: Intro to Robotics

Campers will build simple and compound machines and program them for lights, sound and motion. This class teaches beginning programming principals which lead to robotics, all in a fun hands-on learning environment.

FASTFORWARD KIDS

Lego® Logo

A creative engineering environment where participants build robots, race cars, cranes and more using special Lego® Logo kits that you can’t find in stores. Builders will have a one of a kind experience.
