REGISTRATION
Program registration is open on a first come, first served basis. Early registration is encouraged. Registration on event day not permitted unless space and supplies allow.
CLASS MINIMUMS AND MAXIMUMS
All programs must meet a minimum number of participants to be held. If an event is full, be sure to sign up for the waiting list, new programs may be added to meet demand.
REFUND POLICY
i. Full refunds will be given to participants who have registered for a class or program that has been cancelled by The Woodlands Township.
ii. If the participant requests a refund more than three (3) days prior to the start of any class or program, one day class or program or recurring class or program, they will receive a full refund less a $5.00 service charge.
iii. If the participant attends the first day of class or program and for any reason is not satisfied, they will receive a full refund less the $5.00 processing fee.
iv. Participants must submit a refund request prior to the second class/program meeting. After the second day of class/program, NO refunds will be available.
v. Fees associated with online transactions are not refundable.
vi. No cash refunds are given. A refund check may take up to three to four weeks to process and receive.

Sign up now for our Counselor in Training (CIT) leadership development program! Each participant will receive official CIT camp shirts and will participate weekly in special activities and field trips. The CIT leadership development program is offered exclusively at the Bear Branch Sunny Dayz Camp location. Weekly Fee: $125 (Full payment due at time of registration, payment plans / daily rates not available.) TEEN CAMP, Ages 13 to 15
Teen Camp returns for 2023 with new field trips and a new hangout treehouse (with AC!) on the Rob Fleming campus! Sunny Dayz Teen Camp is offered exclusively at the Rob Fleming Sunny Dayz Camp location and is priced at the standard Sunny Dayz rates for the full 11 weeks. Dependent on attendance, Teen Campers may be merged with the older Adventurer camper group as warranted.
This extension of the Sunny Dayz program offers campers ages 13 to 15 the opportunity to participate in activities that are more age appropriate. Teen campers will go on Teen Camp only field trips including Hurricane Harbor, Texas TreeVentures, and many more! Crafts and STEAM projects are more complex and designed to challenge older campers.

Creature Creator Robotics
Your animal lover will create their own animal-inspired robotic models. Students will learn about gear ratio, sensors, simple machines and programming as they build insects, dolphins, gorillas, and much more.
Jedi Robotics
Robotics inspired by Star Wars® and space travel are the focus of this futuristic camp! Learn about space, space travel and, of course, Star Wars®! Students will build different robots, code and interact with their creations.
Mining & Building
Join us as we bring the game of Minecraft® out of the computer and into the real-world using LEGO® bricks. In this program, you will go on adventures using your imagination and even design your own worlds, full of mobs, animals, buildings and your very own LEGO® Minecraft® character.
Movie Making Mining and Building
Create an amazing Minecraft® movie with stop motion animation using LEGO® bricks. Children will work in teams to build a Minecraft® world and produce their very own movie complete with dialogue and sound effects.
Snapology Scientists
Allow your child to cultivate their love of science and experience different domains of science & nature. Students will engage in concepts from astronomy, earth science, biology, chemistry and physics using LEGO® bricks and other interactive learning tools. We make science fun at Snapology!
BUILDING BRAINS
LEGO® Engineering I
Building Brains uses LEGO® and K’NEX educational kits to build math and science (S.T.E.M.) skills. Students will build simple machines that really work, using gears, levers and pulleys, while building fine motor skills, sequential thinking skills, problem solving skills and confidence.
LEGO® Engineering II
Learn to build simple machines using gears, levers and pulleys and then motorize these machines using LEGO® and K’NEX educational kits and curriculum while building math and science (S.T.E.M.) skills. Written engineering curriculum reinforces the classroom curriculum with hands on education. We will also work with solar and pneumatic energy.
LEGO® III: Intro to Robotics

Campers will expand on their engineering skills learned in LEGO® II by building simple machines and then learning basic programming. This class will teach beginning programming principals, which lead to robotics. Each simple machine we build will be programmed to perform a function.

You and Barbie will have a great time learning to dress for the occasion, practicing good manners, making new friends, importance of schoolwork, how to use money, dreaming of careers, attending social functions, hearing great stories, practicing talents, cooking tips, art, and much more!
Circus Arts Camp
Introduce children to circus, performing and visual arts in a safe and noncompetitive environment. Your camper will receive circus arts instruction and have the time of their life learning to perform with silks, special hoops and loops, the art of magic, balloon art and clown face painting.
Fashion Designer - Talented Expressions
Design principles in the areas of sketching, color and pattern coordination, costume design and fashion history will be applied to their personal style and portfolio. Designers will be grouped into “Design Teams” for a variety of fun, engaging activities such as White Wedding, Fashion Show-down.
Learning STEM with Hot Wheels!
Momentum, push, pull, force, and friction are just some of the STEM concepts campers will learn. Measuring length and weight in centimeters, inches, feet and ounces will help in the identification of the fastest, most efficient car on the block.

No drone needed. Learn to fly one our drones! Merging the best advanced science and STEM technology projects with the wonder of flight. A hands-on learning approach providing innovation and adventure. A certified instructor will facilitate while students and flight squads create and compete.

Mini Kickers Soccer Camp

Reading and Writing Workshop
The Summer Reading and Writing Camp focuses on developing camper’s reading and writing skills. Students will learn to apply reading and writing strategies through intentional, intense, and most importantly fun, instruction aimed to strengthen reading and writing skills.
TEAM GREEN RUNNING
TGR Cross Country Camp
TGR will provide the essentials to establish a solid base and ensure each athlete will have the ability to develop their running speed and endurance. The training focus is maintaining fitness during the summer for High School and Junior High athletes as well as an introduction to running for the novice. Cross country camp is designed to take an athlete from where they are in a ready state for the upcoming cross-country, soccer, lacrosse or other season. It is also designed to teach athletes about the different methods of training. Athletes attending two or more weeks will receive a camp t-shirt.
TGR Speed Camp
Real training and real fun. Acceleration and running fast are core skills in many sports. Our athletes go back to football, soccer, basketball and baseball teams with more confidence, capability, and speed. Speed Camp athletes use techniques that are tuned for the age and ability of each camper. Athletes will receive a camp t-shirt.
SKYHAWKS
Mini-Hawk Camp
This multi-sport program was developed to give children a positive first step into athletics. Through exciting games and activities, campers explore balance, hand/eye coordination and skill development at their own pace.

This program will run regular season, is free to participate in, and takes place on your timeline! Stop by each pool and receive a clue to solve. Solve the clue and take picture proof. Once you get halfway through (7 locations) you will receive a “High Seas Adventurer” t-shirt. Finishers who visit all 14 pools will receive a “Circumnavigator” t-shirt. PADI eLearning is a flexible way to complete the classroom portion of the PADI Open Water Diver Course. Friday night is class registration. Saturday and Sunday afternoons are spent in the pool for the water portion of class. The second weekend participants put their knowledge in action for an open water dive! All equipment provided. Participants will receive all materials and cards upon successful completion of course certifying you as an open water diver.

Tennis, Friends and Fun. Great introduction to the sport of tennis in a social setting. Kids learn fundamentals of the sport, have a snack, play at the park, and take a dip in the pool. No prior tennis experience necessary. Campers need a racket, water bottle, hat, swimsuit and a good attitude. Snacks and lemonade provided. Camp can be prorated if full week does not work. Whether you want to start along The Woodlands Waterway or begin right on Lake Woodlands, there are two great boat houses for you to enjoy a day on the water. Paddles and lifejackets are included in all rentals. A liability waiver is required for all rentals. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by someone 16 years or older.

WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in any program, activity or event, (referred to herein as the “Program”) sponsored by, performed by, or in any way involving The Woodlands Township, I, as Participant, or if Participant is a minor, as parent or guardian of the minor Participant (herein referred to as “I”) and intending to be legally bound do hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I hereby waive, discharge, and release any and all rights and claims for damages whether based upon negligence or any other theory of law, which I, or my child, heirs, agents, representatives, or assigns may have against The Woodlands Township, and its affiliates, agents, representatives, assigns, or successors including, without limitation,: any officers, directors, shareholders, agents and/or employees of or associated with The Woodlands Township, the municipalities or counties in or through which the programs or events take place or are conducted, as well as any other person, entity or sponsor connected with the Program and any of their affiliates, agents, representatives, assigns, successors, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, for any and all injuries or damages which I, or my child, may suffer while taking part in the Program.
2. I hereby assume any and all of the foregoing risks resulting from my, or my child’s, participation in the Program and accept all personal responsibility for any resulting damage including, but not limited to, injury, permanent disability or death.
3. I hereby verify that I, or my child, am/is in good physical health and able to participate in and/or complete the Program.
4. I hereby agree and understand the contagious nature of COVID-19
and voluntarily assume the risk(s) of participation in the programs, services, events or facilities operated by The Woodlands Township which include the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19.
5. I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE WOODLANDS TOWNSHIP HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITIES FOR ANY INJURY WHICH MAY BE SUFFERED BY THE PARTICIPANT ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH HIS/HER PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM.
6. I have read and fully understood this Waiver and Release. I further understand that by participating in the Program, I/we will have waived substantial rights.
7. I have knowingly and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver and Release.

I affirm and acknowledge that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for the Participant, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided by the Waiver and Release herein.
MEDIA/PHOTO WAIVER:
I hereby authorize and give my full consent to The Woodlands Township and their agents and assigns to take, copyright and/or publish any and all photographs, videotapes and/or film (the “Media”) in which I, or my child, may appear while participating in the Program. I further authorize that The Woodlands Township to transfer, use or cause to be used, the Media in any exhibitions, public displays, publications, commercials, art and advertising purposes, without limitations or reservations.
