Program registration is open on a first come, first served basis. Early registration is encouraged. Registration on event day not permitted unless space and supplies allow.
All programs must meet a minimum number of participants to be held. If an event is full, be sure to sign up for the waiting list; new programs may be added to meet demand.
i. Full refunds will be given to participants who have registered for a class or program that has been cancelled by The Woodlands Township.
ii. If the participant requests a refund more than three (3) days prior to the start of any class or program, one-day class or program or recurring class or program, they will receive a full refund less a $5.00 service charge.
iii. If the participant attends the first day of class or program and for any reason is not satisfied, they will receive a full refund less the $5.00 processing fee.
iv. Participants must submit a refund request prior to the second class/program meeting. After the second day of class/program, NO refunds will be available.
v. Fees associated with online transactions are not refundable.
vi. No cash refunds are given. A refund check may take up to four weeks to process and receive.
