PARENTS NIGHT OUT (AGES 6 WEEKS-12 YEARS) Take a well-deserved evening off while your kids enjoy a fun-filled night of games, art projects, active play, and new friends! Children ages 6 weeks to 6 years enjoy a fun-filled night in Child Care. Goldfish crackers and apple juice are provided; please send a nut-free, premade dinner.

Children ages 6 to 12 will wrap up the evening in the Junior Lounge with a movie. Pizza dinner and snacks are provided.

Fees: Families receive a sibling discount. The youngest child pays full price, additional siblings receive a $10 discount. Discounts are applied before the event is billed. Non-member guests are welcome, but they are not eligible for the discount.

PARENTS DAY OUT (AGES 3-12) Treat yourself to a day out while your children enjoy a fun-filled day! Children create art projects, play interactive teacher-led games, jump in bouncy houses, and more!

A hot dog lunch and snacks are included (or they can bring their own if preferred).

The day may wrap up with a movie or different activities, depending on age. If your child has a class at the MAC, just let the team know upon drop off and they’ll take your child to and from the classes on event day.

Parents at the Club

Parents must remain on club premises while their children are in child care.

CHILD CARE (AGES 6 WEEKS-6 YEARS) The MAC’s caring, creative environment on the fourth floor of the parking garage is filled with fun and enriching activities — from arts and crafts to free play, story time, fun bubble dance parties, and more! Staff members have experience working with young children and are onsite first responders, certified in infant/child CPR and first aid.

Child Care offers reservations for up to 4 hours with convenient transitions to and from other MAC classes if your child is enrolled in different programs throughout the club.

To ensure a great experience, families are asked to provide snacks, water bottles, and any other essentials their child may need during their stay at the club. Please note that Child Care is a nut-free facility and is located on the fourth floor of the parking garage.

Make reservations by emailing childcare@themac.com, calling 503-517-7215, or by visiting the Youth Programs front desk in person. Reserve up to 2 weeks in advance or set up a recurring weekly reservation for the quarter. Drop-ins are accommodated if space allows.

FREE CHILD CARE WHILE DINING AT THE BISTRO (AGES 6 WEEKS-6 YEARS) Enjoy a relaxing dinner at Sunset Bistro while your little ones have fun at MAC Child Care!

Reservations can be made for up to 3 hours and are required by 6 pm the day prior. $

Fees: Notify Child Care of any cancellations by 2 pm the day of. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged for the reserved time.

INDOOR PLAYGROUND (AGES 6 WEEKS-6 YEARS) Indoor Playground in the Main Gym offers active fun for children ages infant–6 years, featuring bounce houses, climbing structures, obstacle courses, and a dedicated infant area, perfect for rainy or chilly days. Parent-supervised play is free of charge. Mondays are held in the West Gym. $

Additional Fees: For added flexibility, children ages 3-6 may be dropped off for up to 4 hours at $10.07 per child, per hour. Parents or guardians using the drop-off option must check in with the team before leaving, and children must wear their provided orange wristband at all times. Parents and guardians must remain on club premises while their child is at Indoor Playground.

Indoor Playground is closed Nov. 26-27; Dec. 24, 25, and 31; and Jan. 1. During Thanksgiving and Winter Break, the hours of operation change to 9 am-12:30 pm.

JUNIOR LOUNGE (AGES 7-13) The Junior Lounge is the perfect place for kids ages 7-13 to hang out, play, and connect with friends in a safe, supervised environment. Every day offers something new, from creative crafts and activities to classic board games and fun monthly events.

The Junior Lounge closes at 1:30 pm on Saturdays if there are no children present.

Thanksgiving and Winter Break hours are 9 am-5 pm.

Safe, high-quality preschool programs for the club’s 2 to 6 years old members.

REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2026-2027 Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is still open! Exceptions for children who miss the age cutoff are subject to approval starting June 1.

There is a $150 nonrefundable fee, which is billed upon registration.

Prices listed below are per month with half payments for December and June.

Early drop-off (8 am) and an optional lunch hour are available for additional fees.

For ages 3 years and older, parents can extend their child’s day after lunch by enrolling in after-school programming options.

BLUEBERRY (AGE 3 BY SEPT. 1) This inclusive class supports cognitive, physical, and social development while building early learning skills in letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and manners. Children develop social-emotional skills, classroom routines, independence, and a love of learning through small-group experiences. Each day includes circle time, arts and crafts, active play, snacks, classroom jobs, and occasional field trips. Capacity: 18 M-F

HUCKLEBERRY (AGE 4 BY SEPT. 1) Designed for 4- to 5-year-olds, this program prepares children for Kindergarten through a curriculum aligned with Oregon Common Core standards. Children build early literacy, math, social-emotional skills, and classroom routines through daily group work. Class includes daily circle time, a 20-minute lesson block, snack, active play, and occasional field trips to build confidence and school readiness. Capacity: 21 M-F
