Mural artist exhibits at Puzzleflat Gallery
“I was confident that my recollections would always be there, clear and shining in my mind, but when I look for them only fragments remain. These words of Canberra artist, Chinnie (Biin) Tran, set the scene for his works currently being exhibited at Puzzleflat Gallery on Broadway, as part of the ‘Postcards from Home’ exhibition. Having recently completed his first public artwork, the

much-admired mural featuring the discovery of the Welcome Stranger nugget in Dunolly, Biin, along with several local artists, was invited to participate in this curated exhibition of postcard-sized works. Despite his paintings being delayed in the mail between Canberra and Dunolly, they eventually took their place with the others and can be seen until the close of the exhibition on 17th July. Puzzleflat Gallery is open every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 2pm at 82 Broadway. Judy and Tenar
