The Dunolly Country Market is a couple of weeks away, so please get yourselves ready. Take a stall, if not, make sure you a end. Place this event as a MUST - tourism is very important. There has been some concern around Council's lack of informa on being placed out to the locals. Reports are that the Council Facebook page is becoming a social page, and not addressing actual infrastructure or development concerns.
CGR&RAI understand that vaccina ons and social messages are very important, however, knowing what is going on in our Shire is also important. Un l Council understands that the community needs more than social reports, we ask you keep in touch withtheCounciloffice54610610,orcontactyour local elected representa ve.

The last ‘Coffee with the Councillors’ was a coffee with the Mayor. Well done to our Mayor for a ending and running that event. There are s ll several answers outstanding from that mee ng in February and wehopethoseques onswillbeanswered.Twothat come to mind are the planning situa on (from Dunolly residents), and also Ranger behaviour re animals, impounding and costs. id=e8fa54687853433eb58e51584b36f681
It is good that Councillors have taken this step. Quarterly listening posts were introduced by the former Administrators when they cancelled ques on me at mee ngs, ci ng that the same ques ons were being asked and that it was non-produc ve. However other than a couple of wards, these quarterly listening posts have been missing. More public consulta on is most welcome.
With winter quickly upon us and the roads in the condi on they are in, CGR&RAI ask you to add that few extra minutes to your journey and drive very carefully. Not only the potholes and edges, but roadside debris also is a very concerning. In all shires there are Council roads and State roads. Please be aware of which road is controlled by which body. This is a link to the latest VicRoads register h ps://vicroadsmaps.maps.arcgis.com/apps/ webappviewer/index.html?
Please keep an eye out for those needing a hand this winter. Some mes the smallest effort can mean the world to others. Look a er each other. Stay Safe
