A Sunday to Monday at 11:30, music and bar close at 11:45, and everyone off-site at Midnight Saturday and Saturdays 12:00, music and bar closes 12:15, and everyone off-site at 12:30
Q What time can gets check into their accommodation?
A From Midday
Q What time do guests need to check out of their accommodation?
A 9:45, then make their way to No9 Restaurant for breakfast at 10:00
Q What time does everyone have to be off-site after breakfast?
A If there is an event everyone needs to leave at Miday, if there is no event, everyone may stay until last orders but this needs to be booked in advance
Q How many rooms in total are there?
A There are 17 rooms on the Estate but the cottage can be booked the night before your wedding but might not be availableon the night of
Q What is the best time of the day to marry?
A In the summer we recommend 2 pm and autumn, spring and winter 1 pm
Q Can we bring pets?
A Yes pets are welcome for the duration of your stay but there is a surcharge and you must be a responsible owner.
Q is the marriage licence included within the fee?
A No, you will need to contact Kent County Council fees directly to them
Q Is the Estate licenced for weddings and civil partnerships?
A Yes, the Estate is licenced for ceremonies both indoors and outdoors
Q Can we bring in external caterers?
A All catering is in house however for ethical and religious reasons you may bring in external caterers but you will insure a fee and please ask about the specific terms and conditions
Q Do you charge corkage?
A Yes we charge corkage as we provide the glasses, staf, will ensure your wine is chilled or at the correct temperature and we will commercially dispose of your empties
Q Can we hire a band?
A Most definitely in the large Thorne Barn
Q Is confetti allowed?
A Yes, we love confetti as long as it's biodegradable
Q May we have fireworks?
A As we are surrounded by a farming communityfireworks are not permitted however sparklers and lasers are welcolm
