Webb's multi-year Wilderness Instruction & Leadership Development (W.I.LD.) Program is designed for students who seek challenge, responsibility and leadership through outdoor education, service and experiential learning. Rooted in safety, ethics and environmental stewardship, W.I.L.D. prepares students to lead others confidently and responsibly in wilderness settings. Upper School students who complete the W.I.L.D. Program, along with Webb's standard college-preparatory curriculum, will receive Signature Program Distinction on their high school transcript.
