The Lakes District Floral Art Club has operated in the Upper Clutha for many years with members from Chatto Creek, Alexandra, Cromwell, Queenstown, Wanaka and Lake Hawea. We meet on the 3rd Monday of the month at 1.30pm. We meet because we have a passion for flowers and foliage, design and ingenuity, artistry and accomplishment. Our club meets a few times a year with Dunedin and Southland club area days. Our qualified judges and tutors assist us with our frequent competitions at club meetings and area days. Floral Art New Zealand fasnz.org.nz is a source of inspiration and training. Most importantly, our meetings are stimulating fun times and we love to assist new club members with floral design.
26th November. With many years of experience both here and overseas, Paige has mastered a wide range of design styles and techniques. Come along and enjoy yourself. This will be an inspiring afternoon for anyone interested in flowers in and around the home. Afternoon tea supplied.
