The Lake Hawea Indoor Winter Markets are back. They will be held on a Sunday at the Lake Hawea Community Centre on the second Sunday of May, June, July and August. The public are welcome to come to buy or to book a table and bring along anything they would like to sell each month. This year there will be a theme for each market, although the market will not be exclusively devoted to the month's theme.

In May the theme is sports equipment. If you have skis, ski gear, bicycles, rugby boots, sports clothing or any other sporting equipment you no longer need, book a table (or share a table with a friend) and come along and sell it.
Tables are only $10 each. Thirty tables will be available at each market. Tables can be booked by emailing indoormarket@lhcc.org.nz

In June the theme is Arts and Crafts, in July the theme is food and drink (we hope to have most of our wonderful local food producers) and in August the theme is household goods and plants. Tea, coffee and scones and tables to sit at will be available at each market. The atmosphere is friendly and the environment warm. There are always interesting goods for sale. You may find something you have been looking for and there are always bargains to be had. Market opens to the public at 9.30am - 12.00pm.
