Turn Your Trash into Cash for a Good Cause

Rotary Boot and Ute Sales. Trade Me as it used to be! It’s time to turn your unwanted stuff into cash and help the community. Clean out your shed, garage, cupboards, kitchen, the attic, the crawl space; load up the boot or ute (or wheelbarrow) and get on down to the Lonestar Carpark, every second and fourth Saturday until the end of April.

Sellers set up at 8.30am The carpark is open to buyers from 9.00am to noon NEXT SALE DATES 11th and 25th February

One person’s trash is another’s treasure and so there’s always someone willing to buy what you need to get rid of. It is excellent value as the cost to sellers is only $10 per vehicle. The proceeds go towards the many Rotary Club of Wanaka projects that include Kahu Youth Programmes, toddler’s playground at the lake front and providing BBQs to local recreation areas that we can all enjoy. Rotary is also involved in many international projects such as providing Shelter Boxes that are used in disaster stricken countries and eradicating polio worldwide.

Think outside the square this Valentine’s Day. Forget red roses and go...
