Pioneer Netball Club keen to hear the whistle!

nfinity Pioneer are well through their trials for the 2012 Season.The Club finished the 2011 season on a high...with all three teams gaining awards!
potential new players or coaches, should contact our Club Secretary,Rachel O’Connell,on 027404 2125 as soon as possible!
There will be changes to all three teams this season as players have left or arrived. Kate Dowling has headed off for overseas and Jo McLeary is on a maternity break. We welcome back Margo Beattie,who missed a lot of games after an early season injury last season.Grier Campbell is also back juggling her OtagoSouthland Lois Muir Challenge Team games This year we have had a number of new players with her local club here in Wanaka. coming to trials which is making the final “Pioneer” is looking forward to another great selection very challenging! The final trial is season with our new and returning players to Tuesday 27th May so hopefully we will have the Club. We can’t wait for the sound of that three strong squads named then. Any other first whistle! The A Team were the winning team of the Upper Clutha A Grade Competition after facing stiff competition in the Final from a rapidly improving Mount Aspiring College Team.The B Team won the A Reserve Grade and our third team were Runner-Up in the B Grade Competition.
