16 Sargood Drive, Wanaka So Good on Sargood
Auction
Rarely property is for sale with this SO GOOD feeling. This solid wooden home glows with character and offers comfortable living areas opening onto the generous hardwood deck and private 1004m2 landscaped section with plush lawns and secure fencing. The mature deciduous trees have become home to the local plump quail and offer good shelter and an escape from the hot summer days yet allows the sun to warm the house over the cooler winter months. There is good garaging and storage room and plenty of off street parking for the boat. A lot of houses are just houses; however this property feels very homely. Come and take a look or phone with any questions.
