This year featuring ‘Smart Kid’ by Lizzie Carruthers Wanaka Preschool will be hosting its 13th Art Auction at the Venue on Friday 12th August with viewing, drinks and canapés from 6pm and the auction commencing at 7.30pm. The MC for the night is Bradley Craig and Auctioneer Duncan Good.
Favourites Ben Reid, Simon MorrisonDeaker and Deidre Copeland will be represented again. Also up for auction will be a special donated work by Makoure Scott titled ‘ASAS1#3.
Over 180 pieces of art will be for sale including paintings, photography, glass, jewellery, ceramics and sculpture from Central Otago and national artists and featuring works by local guest artist Lizzie Carruthers including her ‘Smart Kid’.
