Construction preparation has begun on a medical marijuana production site on Foss Road in Pelham. BY VOICE STAFF Another medical marijuana production facility is coming to Pelham, this one on Foss Road, near Haist
Street. The site was originally licensed to operate under a Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR) license. However, Health
Canada rolled out their new Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) last month which absorbed current MMPR licences and amal-
gamated them with a new personal cultivation regime similar to the former Marihuana Medical Access Regulations (MMAR) implemented in 2001.
