DPP: âI havenât seen an affidavitâ by KENVILLE HORNE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS, Colin Williams, has stated categorically that he has never seen an affidavit sworn to by Uroy â Laybayâ Robertson, in which Robertson claimed that he lied under oath while giving evidence, as a state witness, in the Lloyd âLazarusâ Samuel murder trial. âI have never seen such an affidavit,â Williams told THE VINCENTIAN.
