by KENVILLE HORNE A NEW COMMUNITY in Lowmans Leeward consisting of 47 housing units and offering a picturesque view of the Campden Park Industrial Estate on one side and Lowmans Bay on the other, is soon to become the home of a number of residents from Rose Place, Kingstown. The residents are from those households who have had to be relocated in order to accommodate the Kingstown Port Expansion and Modernization Project. Continued on Page 3.
