It’s hard to believe the year is coming to an end, with Christmas just around the corner. 2017 has been another busy year for the team at Mortgage Choice Lane Cove. Speculation within the mortgage industry continues as to just how long interest rates will stay this low and when they will inevitably start to rise, and how this will affect the property market for both buyers and sellers. Sadly, we don’t have a crystal ball and hence can’t predict what 2018 will have in store however, as always, we look forward to helping more clients achieve their dreams of property ownership.
