Supplemental Child Care Information
Lunch Care
You must purchase Lunch Care if your child is participating in separate morning and afternoon camps. Villa Ventures staff supervise lunch and recess and accompany your child as they transition to their afternoon camp.
Please do not purchase Lunch Care if your child is doing a full day or just a morning or afternoon camp. We do not have the capacity to offer child care over lunch for those only attending either a morning or afternoon camp.
After Care
All Afternoon camps end at 4:00 PM. Full day camps end at either 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM, and all children must be picked up by 5:00 PM at the latest.
If you need additional child care after your child’s camp ends, you may purchase After Care in one-hour increments:
• If your child’s camp ends at 3:00 PM, you can purchase 1 hour (pickup at 4:00 PM) or 2 hours (pickup at 5:00 PM).
• If your child’s camp ends at 4:00 PM, you can purchase 1 hour (pickup at 5:00 PM).
Please double-check your child’s camp end time before purchasing supplementary care to ensure you only buy what you need. No child care is available after 5:00 PM. Child care is not available for morning camps.
