A free speech rally at Sid Smith featured

The Black Liberation Collective protested

controversial professor Jordan Peterson,

the UTSU office, accusing the union of

right-wing commentator Lauren Southern,

perpetuating anti-Blackness. Grievances

and bouts of violence that warranted a police

were laid out in a 3,000 word statement
