teve Poltz has graced the stages of Wolfville on several occasions in recent years. Once again on Wednesday, August 30, 2012 he will honour us with a show at the Al Whittle Theatre. Steve moves on stage with the energy of a six year old, engrosses an audience with the presence of a well - seasoned entertainer, he never stops smiling, and loves what he does.

His 13th full-length album is titled Noineen Noiny Noin referring to the year that he first toured Australia, the pronunciation deftly delivered by an Aussie promoter. The album is said to be a “windin-the-face joyride”. It consists of a range of themes which include “love, murder, Johnny Cash and transvestites”. The album’s final song “Some Things About Me You Should Know” is a “heartbreaking confessional and instant Poltz classic that showcases his head-shaking, melodic brilliance”.
