Financial Fusion Networking Event for Future Financial Leaders

On Tuesday, March 19th, BAP hosted its Financial Fusion Networking Event.The purpose of this event was to allow underclassmen students interested in accounting the opportunity to network with and ask questions of our students and faculty in an informal manner. The students invited to this event were those who have shown interest in accounting and/or demonstrated extraordinary performance in their introductory accounting courses. Networking events like these serve as invaluable opportunities for our students and faculty to connect, learn from one another, and establish meaningful relationships.
At the event, 17 of our BAP members and two of our faculty members networked with 12 first-year and sophomore student guests, sharing their experiences in the Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics fields. This also gave the BAP members an opportunity to share their experience as BAP members, promoting the organization and its membership. Each student guest also received a certificate of achievement.
