After all, you know your company, your brand and your team better than anyone. There is nothing generic here, and one size and style definitely doesn’t fit all. You have complete control over the range, colour, cut, style and finishing touches, enabling you to create a uniform that embodies your brand and inspires your team. With 15 years of experience in the fashion industry, we are passionate about helping companies like yours elevate their branding beyond the next level. When we ask new clients why they are introducing a uniform, they say they want to make dressing for work easy, provide a value-add for their team, ensure consistency and make their staff identifiable. But what it really comes down to is brand. Our business has been built on the concept of customisation, with a vision to help our customers build truly great brands. An ad in a glossy magazine or on a billboard tells your brand story for a moment, but your uniform tells it all day, every day. We want to hear your story and help you tell it with a uniform that truly speaks to your team and your audience.

Partnership is the only way we can prosper, and working with you to build your brand through a customised uniform is our reason for being. We understand that everyone’s needs are different: some clients are looking for a complete wardrobe across a range of roles, others need a branded shirt for their next big event. Taking the time to get to know your business and your goals makes the process easier for us and the outcome more satisfying for you.

Fashion changes constantly, and so does the way we do business and dress for business. So we make it our business to stay up to date, and engage in continuous training and improvement to ensure we are at the cutting edge of branding, business and fashion. We are your designer, stylist and fitter in one, and we work closely with our manufacturers to ensure the highest quality, comfort and best practice. We have the resources and expertise to handle even the largest and most complex jobs, but with personalised service from a team that genuinely cares about getting the right outcome for you.

We take the production and quality of your uniforms seriously, working hard with our fabric suppliers and manufacturers to test and measure our products and ensure they meet our high standards.

FA B R I CS The quality of every garment starts with the fabric. Even the finest tailoring can not compensate for poor-quality fabric, and with 15 years of experience in fashion, we have a solid understanding of the textile industry. We simply won’t touch fabrics that are not up to European standards – because let’s face it, the Europeans know textiles! Our shirt fabrics are sourced from the best mills around the world and tested continuously for durability and comfort. Our extensive range of suiting fabrics includes a wool poly-blend of the highest quality, made with ethically sourced raw materials and manufactured without shortcuts. Our polyester blends and chiffons are retailgrade and not cheap imitations.

E THICAL MANUFACTURING

Every item of clothing we manufacture has been designed right here in our Australian office. We partner with our clients to understand their needs, so it makes sense for us to design in-house and ensure that understanding is translated directly into our designs. It also keeps us nimble and flexible, able to adapt as your needs change, and stay up to date as business and fashion change.

We are very open about the fact that most of our manufacturing is done in India and China. We know that the textiles industries in these countries don’t have great reputations, and if ethically sourcing your clothing matters to you, then we understand you may be wary. But rest assured that our standards are high, and we care about ethical behaviour too. We are committed to only working with the best companies, and we visit all of our suppliers annually to check that they are meeting our ethical standards. We work with them on continuous improvement, we expect them to hold to the same values we do, and we don’t engage with anyone who doesn’t. Our manufacturing relationships are a true partnership – it’s the only way we like to work.

Our founder, Fiona is our Creative Director. With many years of experience in retail fashion, Fiona not only knows the market well, she is a style guru – and her passion, flair and classic sense of style shine through in our work.
