Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is a member of RF Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Limited's Marketing Unit who produces original designs, campaigns and illustrations to support marketing communication and branding efforts of the RF Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design landing pages, web forms, emails, social media graphics, and a variety of marketing digital assets that align with marketing requirements. Design and present a full range of high-impact print collateral including brochures, billboards, press ads, banners and create finished, production-ready assets, brand guides and playbooks.

• Work closely with internal clients to execute projects from pitch decks to social media posts. Provide insight and advice on best practices for designs of different sizes (digital to OOH). Understand and translate business goals and promotions into visually compelling layouts and online user experiences.

• Remain updated on current market trends, competitor aesthetics, current technologies and trends in design tools and applications.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field

•A minimum of 3 years' experience working for an in-house creative team or creative/agency environment.

Demonstrated graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.

Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint: experience with graphics, charts, infographics, animations, hyperlinking, transitions, video, and more.

• Keen understanding of file set up for web design projects, basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/WordPress.

Extensive knowledge of effective typography color, and strong page layouts.
