Death Notice ROSCOE DARVILLE

Daddy “Roscoe Darville” would light up a room with his wit and charm and all the ladies loved him. He always had a fresh compliment for them. I think some would say when they saw him coming “What’s he going to say today?” but many I believe he boosted their spirits. Luckily because of his infectious smile, pretty blue eyes and age he could get away with it.

Daddy was very passionate about gardening and Free Masonry he was a Member of the Scottish, English and Irish Constitutions. He was a founding Member of many Lodges and held at the highest esteem of his brothers.

Daddy’s wife Mary passed many years ago, so left to remember and miss him daily are his daughter’s Liz (Loui), Liane (Paul) and Lindsay, 5 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grands.

He became “Daddy” to many especially Candy, Maricel, Chief Superintendent Skipping’s, Chief Superintendent Kenrid Neely, Reserve Inspector Lernex Williams Tania, Kevin and Michael.

Fondly remembered by Norma K, K.S, Esther, Freda, Aunt Carol, Davie, Jay, Judy and Addy’s family. I could go on and on but you who knew him know he loved and appreciated you.

I would like to thank the staff of P.M.H Dr. Danielle Lloyd, my former and current neighbors “S.V “Q4” R.Sands and R.N.S.C co-worker’s, N.Y.C and classmates for always being there for me “us”.

Last but certainly not the least Cable Beach Branch of the Royal Bahamas Police Force.

We could not have gotten through this without each and every one of you.

If you would like to make a donation to Baark or the Bahamas Humane Society in memory of daddy it would be greatly appreciated. Daddy always supported candy and Lindsay’s fight to help the abused and abandoned animals of the Bahamas. Just check there websites for donations.

Please make a toast to daddy and if you are having a cold Kalik make it two.
