FAQ: Visa: UK and USA passport and visa holders not required When we paying: Hotel: I’ll reserve the hotels so they wont charge me until 1 month before the travel.

So wont need the payment until then.

Flight: Will wait for the good deals usually flight deals will drop around January/February 2026. If you could get the payment available around this time so I can book when I found a good deal. You can also book your own flight/hotel, just let me know if you prefer this option. I’m easy :) All photos, boarding passes and receipts will be uploaded in my OneDrive folder, and you have access. Ill send the link in the group chat.
