What is the Money-Back Challenge?

Our Challenge involves earning £38k in total commission in 12 months. Achieve it and your £14,995 franchise fee will be refunded in full

What is it?

Imagine if you could start a business and, if you were half decent, you would get your entire initial investment back (plus profit) in your first year Typically, if you wanted to start a travel agency on your own it would cost you hundreds of thousands of pounds – and you’d have to work for two or three years to see a return on your investment. Our package only costs £14,995 (+vat) but the good news doesn’t stop here… we will also give your money back if you achieve our sales target and sell enough holidays to make £38,000 commission in 12 months

We launched the Money-Back Challenge in 2013 and it’s been transformative for us as a franchise We don’t want people joining half-heartedly We want people to adopt a winning mindset from the get go Yes, we lose £14,995 when we refund franchisees who achieve our challenge, but we have a long-term vision for our franchise Our business benefits from your success And the £14,995 in addition to the £38,000 commission means a lot to new business owners

What you have to do

As a Not Just Travel consultant you will earn a commission on every holiday sold Our Challenge requires you to generate £38k in total commission in your first 12 months. Your customers don’t have to travel inside those 12 months for the commission to count towards your target, which means you can use bookings for holidays that may not be taken for a year or two The commission is total commission, regardless of our share (we want to help you succeed)

Is it easy?

As the average commission is around £400, that means you only have to make 100 bookings to generate £40,000 in commission, beating our challenge by £2,000 That’s equivalent to around two bookings a week which some agents achieve in their spare time Our statistics show that if you have 80 customers, some will book twice, so that’s only about 1 5 customers a week that you have to find While some of our part-time consultants achieve it in just under 12 months, others working full time achieve it in just six!

Help and support

Our expert trainers will teach you how to find customers and retain them, market your agency and provide marketing materials, too Training is ongoing with staff like Dave, pictured, an industry veteran with 30 years under his belt You’ll also have a Business Development Manager (BDM), which means you’ll be working alongside an experienced travel professional who can give you 1:1 support You can speak to a BDM multiple times a day, if you need to While other companies are cutting costs and their BDM teams, we have increased them and now have the best ratio of BDMs:consultants ever
