He has defended the prophylactic side of heart therapy throughout his medical career. Through the reverse
system, we found practical solutions to achieve therapeutic lifestyle modifications. His clinical health recovery program has integrated objective clinical indicators and structural support for lifestyle changes to treat, reverse and prevent disease, and in addition to serving as an adjunct professor at Mount Sinai Hospital School of Medicine in New York, he is actively presenting and lecturing on lifestyle medicine as an integral part of cardiology practice.
Especially in the field of cardiovascular disease, it has developed at a tremendous pace over the past 30 years. Advances in the healthcare sector, especially when it comes to medication and technology interventions, have reduced mortality from cardiovascular disease. But Modern people are now less likely to die of heart problems, but what kind of life modern people will continue to live, chronic diseases are unfortunately on the rise, unsolvable and undiagnosed by modern medicine.
There are many people who suffer from chronic disability diseases. Modern people live longer, on average, but they may have to rely on drugs to save people.
Therefore, it is essential to find and implement a new health system paradigm that can address the limitations found in modern medicine.
In other words, we need a new health care system that can change and redefine the status quo that can sustain public health by actively treating, and preventing more complex chronic diseases. This paradigm should empower patients with healthy lifestyles, motivate people to change their behaviors to control their health, and promote a better quality of life. Hippocrates said, "A certain person has a certain disease rather than knowing what kind of disease he has.
When I was young, I was always physically healthy. I've been involved in intercollegiate sports such as football and athletics, and I've been constantly taking care of my body to become a better athlete. Even when I became a doctor, I didn't plan or take it seriously in the long term for my health in a specific and systematic way. The positive results of regular check-ups proved enough that I was healthy and didn't feel the need to change my way of life.
But when I was 60 years old, I had such an unsightly belly, a rise in blood pressure, and even a rise in cholesterol.
I'm starting to notice subtle signs about it. I tried to change my lifestyle, but honestly, I'm on a diet, I would have been following the same line as exercise, and supplemental pills. Like many people, I have my body.
I only became cautious when I felt threatened; it actively about my health.
It was hard to react rather than acting. Modern medicine has undoubtedly developed at a tremendous pace and has contributed greatly to the promotion of health. But , I still feel that there is a wrong focus on acute care rather than preventive care, and reactive rather than active.
I believe this needs to change.
My dream has always been to become a doctor and help people get healthy. After 30 years of working as a cardiologist, I took pride in my job and became humble. I have been blessed by many patients who believe in me and that I can take care of their health or heal them again.
For years to come, the goal of the cinical Health Recovery Program is for them to enjoy the happiness of their health. Through this, too, I hope that many others will enjoy the benefits of physical and emotional well-being.
It's much more important to know if you're sick," he said. He said, "The natural power within us is the disease's
A true healer," he added. This adage from centuries ago should still reflect the way we approach medicine as doctors.
It is my pleasure to be able to plant seeds. We can all get true happiness for our healthBut it's only possible if we believe it and are willing to work for it.

I grew up in Seoul, but I was born in Donghae, Gangwon-do, so I have a special affection for Donghae, Gangwon-do. I was raised by my father, a doctor, and graduated from Shimjung National School, Mukho Girls' Middle School, Suwon Girls' High School, and Sangmyeong University, and came to the United States at the age of 24 when I married my husband, an American expatriate who worked in the sewing industry.
I've always been a cheerful and outgoing person, so my childhood dream was to become a diplomat.
I've always had a knack for connecting with people and being diplomatic, which has served me well in business, and I still value genuine, mutual trust in many of my endeavors.
After red snapper, I had a normal family life while raising my children, and then I became the president of the Long Island PTA, Harris Party, and I was so passionate about my children that I started helping the Korean American Association in 1989 and became the 23rd female senior vice president of the Korean American Association, and then I went to Korea in 2000 and started the New York Hot Dog & Coffee business in 2002, and the New York hot dog with kimchi and bulgogi became very popular, and now there are 400 franchise stores. And then we built a clothing outlet store and a coffee outlet, the first coffee outlet to bring coffee and coffee equipment to Korea, so when the coffee market started to grow, we had everything from Italy, Germany, Indonesia, Hawaii,
Colombia, and all over the world, so we were kind of the leader, and then we entered the Chinese market and were doing well, and then the THAAD thing happened, and then we kind of slowed down a little bit. When I was thinking about giving up, I remembered a promise I made to my son, who is now an adult, that he would study hard and go to Harvard Law School and become a lawyer, and that his mom would be a successful entrepreneur... Every time there is a high point in the business, I remember the promise I made to my son. and that's what drives me. He kept his promise to me and is now a lawyer. For that, I will always be grateful to him for keeping his word.
Excellent cosmetics developed and produced in Korea beauty brand in the United States.K-Guardans President CHOI MI-KYUNG
In 2019, I was doing various businesses and a cosmetic product had just been rumored to be good, so I used it and my face turned upside down, so I was confused. I tried many different cosmetics and wondered what to use, but then I thought I should make my own cosmetics that suits me. I started researching with pure plant ingredients that do not cause skin problems and irritation, just like we eat vegetables to be healthy. I also made a moisturizing cream by adding collagen ingredients to my favorite cream. When I tried it, it soothed my acne-like skin, and with the effect of moisture and collagen, I experienced an unexpected change in my skin as it became firm and elastic during the three years of research. The skin has an outer layer, the epidermis, and an inner layer, and I watched the skin regeneration of the inner layer on myself while adding enzymes such as dongbogam to the research. So, two of K-Guardian's products were lucky enough to be registered as patented products. In my desire to make cosmetics that I will use for the rest of my life, I put in good ingredients generously, so I put in ingredients that other companies cannot put in due to cost margins, so I think our products are the most high-cost if you can afford the cost. Through this process, I gained confidence in my face when each person I met told me that I looked younger and younger, so I felt like I was returning to my youth in the clothes I wore and in many ways as a woman. That's why K-Guardian's catchphrase became "nostalgia". It means that I want to give a gift to people who want to have youthful skin, and when I tried it and saw the effect, I wanted to let people try these good products.
I'm new to the cosmetics business, so when I started, many people were skeptical of good products rather than making money, but it's been a year since I launched this September.
At first, many acquaintances bought it, but I am very
grateful for the many responses by word of mouth from those who have used it in the meantime. So, as a commemoration of the first anniversary, we are preparing to hold a large-scale pen signing ceremony with Sabanko and exclusive model Kim Hesun, where those who buy a set can choose between two cosmetics at a similar price.
I want to remain a beloved product that many people, including Korean-Americans, have tried and loved. I want to be a pioneer in promoting the excellence of K-beauty in the U.S. with the name of Choi Mi-kyung, who immigrated to the U.S. 45 years ago.
I also want to remain an entrepreneur who contributes to the social and economic activities of the Korean community through this business. If there is a role model for me, I can say that it is KISS Chairman Jung Yong-jin, and I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to KISS Chairman Jung Yong-jin. I am deeply grateful that the largest festival of Korean-Americans in the United States went off without a hitch because he believed in my suggestion and request for the New York Sports Festival and generously donated a large amount of sponsorship and cooperation for Korean-American youth and athletes. I would like to remain an entrepreneur who can help Korean Americans by doing my best in my field.
