MY BIOGRAPHY

As a Pasadena native and young entrepreneur, Fleming "Triple" Trainor got her start in the real estate industry by buying and selling her own properties. She graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and was a part of the USC Women’s NCAA Championship Golf team, where she received dual degrees in Business with concentrations on Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development. Just before graduation, she started a real estate development company, where she bought, ‘flipped,’ and sold properties herself Serving a wide range of clientele, Fleming brings a fresh perspective to real estate and to the prestigious Sotheby’s International Realty. She prides herself on client education, integrity, expert negotiation and technologically savvy marketing skills. Taking each and every client’s needs and goals personally, Fleming is unique in that she helps to educate her clients of when and when not to pursue real estate. This position allows for trust to be built and knowing that Fleming will never compromise her ethics or her clients and their investments. Fleming strives to create a long-lasting relationship with each of her clients and recognizes that it’s the little things that make it all worthwhile. Fleming harnesses technology and the power of the internet to assist her clients in achieving maximum results with their real estate goals. In fact, she teaches other agents across the company in methods of technology incorporation, viral marketing and advertising, and business efficiency. The amount of wisdom, honesty, compassion, ingenuity, and unrelenting work ethic paired with Fleming’s passion for the business and helping people enables her to be successful in Southern California’s ever-changing market. Fleming enjoys working with buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords. WHAT MY CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY Fleming’s first impression kind of set the tone for the entire process. Use your time effectively, Pay close attention to the details, Hone your wants/needs as you check houses off the list, and when you find THE ONE come correct with great paperwork, lender relationships, the human touch, and the attitude that this is locked in. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and even though her workload is significant, we never felt that it hindered our search and our eventual buy. Thank you again! Nick H. Working with Fleming as part of the Trainor Team at Sotheby’s was one of the best decisions we could have made. At first, the home-buying process was overwhelming with many things to think about. For example, where do we want to live, how much can we spend on a house, can we actually afford to do this, what’s important to us, etc.? But with Fleming’s help, we were able to find a great home and had no hiccups throughout the entire process thanks to her expertise. She and her team were extremely responsive and basically handled everything so that we always felt like we were in good hands. One thing I will say, she knows how to put together an iron-clad, comprehensive offer package. And progressing through the escrow process was a breeze. I cannot recommend her services enough and anyone who chooses the Trainor Team will not be disappointed.

Fleming is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. She is on top of things from beginning to end. Communication and problem solving is very much a part of the experience with her— not to mention a great person as well! LEN S.

Jade N. I always look forward to working with Fleming and her team. They are smart, savvy, and have a gift for making the nerve-wracking homebuying process enjoyable. They take exceptional care to ensure their clients are served-well and happy. I can’t recommend them enough. Young K. As always, we are very happy with the work, help and support provided to us by Fleming and her team. Sergio and Debora F.

Do you believe your property would sell at a fixed price, or do you believe that it would sell in a range of prices based on the marketing, photography, real estate brand and negotiation skills of your agent? No. It makes me nervous if another agent has agreed to this. Why? If an agent is not able to communicate their value and stand up for their own worth, how strong will they be in negotiating the value of your property? can we list for only 30/90 days? In order to best market your property with digital, print and experiential advertising, our minimum listing period is 6 months. My recommendation is a year agreement so that you are included in Utah’s awardwinning real estate publication, Collections Magazine. This signature magazine drives qualified buyers from Utah and our key feeder markets. is it better to use a friend in the business? In today’s market, almost everyone knows one or two people who work in real estate. Ask yourself if you’re considering working with your friend as a favor to them or if your goal is to hire an aggressive sales agent who leverages their skill, experience and brand to get top dollar for your property.
