Rithmic R|Trader Pro & Rithmic Manager
This manual will be used for internal purposes only and mainly for Customer Support in order to help monitor trading activity on our Clients Challenge accounts.
Through R-Trader Pro you can view in detail the time a trade or order was placed, filled, canceled or
rejected and also manually modify sections such as balance, if approved from Risk team.
Both R-Trader Pro and R-Manager are for monitoring and editing, R-Trader Pro on an account level and R-Manager on a User level.

Right click on the account you want to check and choose Recent Orders This is done to see clients pending orders along with positions filled during the current day

How to see why an order was rejected
Choose the account you want to check and go to Order History
Under “Remarks” of each position or order you can see why the order was rejected.
