TCM 988

Macchina a catena innovativa, realizzata per facilitare tutte le operazione di estrazione del marmo in galleria.

La tagliatrice TCM 988 permette di effettuare il taglio sia in direzione orizzontale sia verticale con un unico posizionamento, in quanto l’unità di taglio braccio-catena può ruotare 360° per mezzo di una ralla idraulica.

La macchina è in grado di eseguire tagli in automatico. L’interfaccia Touch-Screen permette di visualizzare la posizione della lama all’interno del taglio e tutti i parametri.

La struttura è dotata di speciali tasche per il sollevamento della macchina per mezzo di forche montate su pala meccanica.

L’unità di potenza è alloggiata all’interno della trave fissa della struttura portante e comprende: - centralina idraulica; - scambiatore di calore aria/olio; - pompa rotazione catena con motore da 45 kW; - quadro elettrico di potenza.

TCM 988 allows to cut along the horizontal and the vertical direction in only one positioning of the frame, by means of arm and chain cutting unit mounted on a 360° rotating hydraulic center plate.

The machine can make automatic cuts. The position of the arm inside the cut and all others cutting parameters can be visualized on the Touch-Screen display.

The structure is equipped with special inlets designed for easy fork lifting and handling by means of a heavy duty machine.

VACUUM

Ideale per l’aspirazione di grandi quantità di materiale polveroso o granulare come quello di risulta del taglio con tagliatrice a catena.

Il materiale viene direttamente aspirato nella zona di taglio, per mezzo di una tubazione flessibile e cuffia di aspirazione.

L’aspiratore è montato su un pianale posizionato sopra il binario e trainato dalla macchina.

Il materiale aspirato viene depositato a terra, nel lato opposto al taglio.

Vacuum designed to remove large quantities of dust and of the waste granular material produced by the chain saw cutting.

The waste material is removed from the accumulation zone adjacent to the cut by means of a flexible hose and of a suction cup.

SUPER JET BELT 950

La tagliatrice a cinghia diamantata modello Super Jet Bet 950 esegue tagli orizzontali e verticali.

L’utensile da taglio è una cinghia in plastica speciale, con segmenti diamantati sinterizzati. Il sistema può essere considerato veramente ecologico, in quanto non vengono utilizzati né grasso né olio durante il funzionamento.

La cinghia diamantata è infatti lubrificata esclusivamente da un getto d’acqua. Il funzionamento è completamente elettrico, con controllo elettronico dell’avanzamento in fase di taglio.

La macchina può tagliare fino a 3,4 metri di profondità.

Diamond belt sawing machine model Super Jet Bel 950 can make vertical and horizontal cuts. The cutting tool consists of a special plastic belt with sintered diamond segments. Only water is used during the cutting phase, both for lubrication and cooling.

The system can really be considered environmental friendly, because no grease or oil are used during the working phase, so that to prevent dust production and grease pollution. The Super Jet Belt 950 is electric driven, with electronic control of speed and advance; it can cut up to 3,4 meters depth.

È dotata di inverter che permette di variare la velocità del filo diamantato da 0 a 40 m/sec, consigliata per tagliare materiali duri e abrasivi.

Con questa macchina si possono eseguire due tagli paralleli distanti tra loro al 1,7 m o 2 m, con un solo posizionamento.

Impianto idraulico a pistoni di facile trasporto e facilità di utilizzo, per il ribaltamento di blocchi e bancate.

La capacità di spinta è 300 ton, mediante due pistoni da 150 mm. È essenzialmente composto da una centrale idraulica da 700 bar, collegata ad uno o più pistoni idraulici di varie corse e potenze.

Hydraulic jacking plant, extremely compact and easy to move, used for pushing and overturning large rock masses and benches. The pushing capacity is 300 tons with two 150 mm stroke jacks.

It is basically composed of a hydraulic pumping unit giving 700 bar pressure and one or more hydraulic jacks with different stroke and capacity.

L’ISP 640 è un impianto sbancatore pneumatico per la movimentazione delle bancate dopo il taglio con il filo diamantato.

I cuscini sbancatori sono costituiti da sacche di tela gommata a prova di polvere e detriti e sono collegati alla centralina di controllo mediante tubi flessibili. La centralina, a cui si possono collegare quattro cuscini, è dotata di regolatore di pressione per dosare il giusto quantitativo di aria a seconda delle necessità.

L’impianto HYDRO-BAG 645 è costituito da una pompa idraulica ad alta pressione che inietta acqua all’interno di cuscini metallici a perdere di 2 mm di spessore, adatti all’inserimento nel taglio del filo diamantato. Si tratta di un sistema di facile utilizzo, affidabile e molto potente. L’HYDROBAG 645 può lavorare con due cuscini contemporaneamente, per una spinta totale di 600 ton.

The ISP 640 is a pneumatic expansion bag system, to move blocks and benches after cutting with diamond wire. The bags are made of special rubber, dust and dirt proof. Flexible hoses connect the bags to the pneumatic control unit, equipped with a pressure regulator to expand the bag according to the required push for a proper opening of the block.

Four bags can be connected to the control unit.

The HYDRO - BAG 645 system is composed of an electric high pressure water pump and uses “disposable” metal bags which are only 2 mm thick.

This makes it easy to insert them into the cut space made by the diamond wire. Hydro-bag is very strong and reliable. Two bags can work at same time, total push 600 ton.

La macchina automatica stazionaria a filo diamantato Arrow 715 è progettata per la riquadratura di blocchi e il taglio di spessori di marmo, granito e pietra.

Le dimensioni massime di taglio sono 4,5 x 2,2 metri.

La macchina è equipaggiata con due volani principali da ø 2000 mm, due pulegge regolabili da ø 300 mm per ottimizzare l’altezza di taglio e due pulegge da ø 400 mm per regolare e minimizzare il cavallo del filo diamantato.

L’inverter consente di variare la velocità del filo e un accurato controllo di ogni fase del taglio.

Il quadro elettrico gestisce tutte le funzioni relative al taglio e al corretto spostamento del carrello. È inoltre possibile la programmazione in automatico del carrello per tagli multipli.

L’affidabile sistema di taglio consiste in una cinghia diamantata che scorre senza attrito per mezzo di un cuscino d’acqua su una guida rigida.

La rotazione della cinghia avviene per mezzo di una puleggia motrice diametro 1,7 m e di una puleggia folle dello stesso diametro che permette il tensionamento della cinghia con un sistema idraulico. È dotata di inverter che permette di regolare la velocità della cinghia diamantata per ottimizzare le prestazioni di taglio sui vari tipi di materiale.

Il sistema idraulico con valvola proporzionale controlla la cala garantendo precisione di taglio e le massime prestazioni dell’utensile.

The innovative cutting tool consists of a diamond belt that runs on a guiding arm. The friction of the belt is reduced by means of a water film.

Bendiam, established in 1981, is one of the world leading producers of electroplated and sintered diamond wire, used for natural stones and concrete cutting. The diamond wire was first introduced in Carrara quarries in the beginning of the 80’s and it is now irreplaceable, both in excavation and in processing of dimensional stone.
