Rappresenta il compendio delle varie esperienze e l'evoluzione del sistema lucidatura.

Infatti la macchina nasce da un progetto innovativo in cui si sono integrati tutti i componenti che concorrono sostanzialmente alla caratterizzazione della macchina quali: Struttura meccanica estremamente rigida e tale da evitare ogni vibrazione anche nelle condizioni d'uso più gravose. Questo permette un miglioramento dell'utilizzo dei settori diamantati ed una diminuzione della rumorosità della macchina.

Elevata velocità di traslazione del ponte porta mandrini in modo da permettere un aumento sostanziale della velocità del nastro. Per primi abbiamo applicato la motorizzazione del ponte doppia (alle estremità) con sistema elettronico di regolazione. Abbiamo evoluto il sistema e siamo riusciti a raggiungere velocità di traslazione impensabili con regolarità di moto e inversioni programmabili (spazio - velocità) che permettono di lavorare bene anche lastre che presentano malsegagioni estreme.

Le macchine con 18, 20 e 22 teste GSE-C hanno tripla motorizzazione del ponte.

Teste planetarie a 6 satelliti, che combinando la rotazione della testa con quella dei satelliti, e quindi facendo lavorare la mola diamantata in condizioni ottimali, permettono una notevole asportazione di materiale. Teste porta settori abrasivi (con organi meccanici lubrificati a grasso) di particolare concezione ad elevata asportazione.

Innovativo sistema CLAMP (brevettato) che facendo risalire le teste di soli 5 mm, indipendentemente dallo spessore della lastra, consente maggiori velocità del nastro, aumentando in modo più che considerevole la produzione.

La meccanica accurata, i materiali e la nuova struttura consentono un'elevata durata di tali importanti organi. Nastro trasportatore con fibre speciali inestensibili e con copertura in gomma naturale di nuovo disegno tale da assicurare il mantenimento della lastra nella posizione iniziale durante il trasporto.

Gestione automatica della macchina con potente controllo numerico (CN) e monitor di tipo touch screen. Tramite il CN è possibile variare le funzioni operative.

Per la particolare concezione del software operativo,la macchina può operare non presidiata. Il programma del controllo numerico permette, oltre alla normale gestione (con visualizzazione grafica su video), la variazione del profilo letto della lastra (da parte dell'operatore) nel caso di necessità, quali rotture, etc., ed i mandrini si comporteranno secondo il nuovo profilo. Sempre in grafica, sarà possibile controllare lo spessore delle lastre in lavorazione, la loro posizione lungo il nastro trasportatore, la porzione di abrasivi ancora utili per ciascun mandrino.

Si possono lucidare lastre con larghezze di 2,10 m con spessore da 1 a 11 cm oppure con la Good Star per spessori, da 2 a 23 cm. Le macchine Good Star consentono elevati standard quantitativi e qualitativi della produzione, associati ad elevata affidabilità ed a ridotta manutenzione.

It is the result of various experiences and polishing systems evolution.

The machine is in fact the product of an innovative design were the various components that builds the machine, with theirs specific characteristics, are integrated to provide specific features such as: extremely sturdy mechanical structure in order to avoid any vibration even in the most heavy working conditions. This ensures a better utilization of the diamond segments and a considerable reduction of machine noise.

High translation speed of the spindle holder bridge, that allows a considerable increase in belt speeds. We were the first to apply, at the two ends of the bridge, one motor, therefore two electric motors in total, fed by electronic inverter. This system has been developed further, and we have reached high bridge translation speeds, with motion regularity and programmable inversions (space-speed) thereby allowing a high level of polishing even of slabs that are extremely badly cut.

The operational functions can be varied from the CNC, and due to the particular features of the operational software, allow the machine to operate without supervision. The program installed in the CNC allows on top of the normal functioning (with graphic video display), also the modification of the read slab profile, made by the operator, in the case of slab break, etc., and the spindle will go up and down in accordance with the new profile.

Also in a graphic mode it will also be possible to check the thickness of the slabs under polishing, their position on the conveyor belt, the part of abrasives still available for each spindle. LA BARSANTI COSTRUISCE MACCHINE PER LA LAVORAZIONE DEI MARMI, DEI GRANITI E DELLE PIETRE NATURALI IN GENERE DAL 1898.

Barsanti has been constructing machines for the processing of marble, granite and related natural stones since 1898. It is currently able to offer a complete range of machines for the transformation of the original stone slab into the finished product; including frames, slab-cutters, polishing lines, automatic cutting lines, gauging devices, chamfering machines, milling machines as well as more specialized machinery.

Thanks to the years of experience in the design of such machines, they are guaranteed to ensure the highest levels of performance at limited operating costs.

Customers can also be sure of a complete post-sales service both in Italy and from our offices located in the leading markets all around the world.

"BARSANTI" technology also boasts certain highly advanced patent designs and technological solutions such as :interchangeable blade-holder panel used on granite frames, the largest granite frame with 2 connecting rods complete with automatic extension system, new surface gauging and polishing systems featuring spinning movement, as well as ultra-fast marble frames.

BARSANTI MACCHINE reserves the right to introduce any technical modification to its own machines, also in contracts already acquired, both for weight and sizes that, by its irrevocable decision be improvements. Therefor any datum given on the catalogues has only indicative and approximate value.

La tecnologia "BARSANTI" vanta altresì alcuni brevetti e soluzioni tecniche del tutto innovative come: il quadro portalame intercambiabile nei telai per granito, il più grande telaio da granito con 2 bielle dotate di sistema di allungamento autamatico, i nuovi sistemi di calibratura e lucidatura delle superfici con movimento orbitale, i telai per marmo superveloci.
