He received his Doctors of Dental Medicine (DMD) from University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Ebad is currently a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the Chicago Dental Society.

He is committed to provide the best possible comprehensive care for his patients which suits their needs. He is also a firm believer in building a long-lasting relationship with his patients while providing state of the art care in all aspects of dentistry. In his free time he likes to go camping, workout, and enjoys watching movies.

DID You KNOW? Monthly friendly advice for our Reunion neighbors about covenants issues & guidelines COLORS – It is time to think about sprucing up for the spring after our long and hard winter (or at least hard under southern standards). As always, house colors (including the trim) must be approved by first filling out a Modification Form. Your color choice must then be sent to Fieldstone. If you are choosing a non-listed color the approval requires an AC determination as to whether it is acceptable. Do not proceed with the painting project before all approvals are granted with written confirmation – if you do not follow this procedure you could be fined until appropriate changes are made or you might have to repaint with an approved color at your cost.

PRE-EMERGENT – Most experts suggest that pre-emergent be put on lawns during early March – so its time to contact your provider or make personal choices. By using a pre-emergent during late winter or early spring, you can save not only the cost of removing weeds from your lawn, but you will be proud of how your property looks when flowers begin to bud. Check with local nurseries and/or your lawn care provider about the benefits of pre-emergent treatments.

GUTTERS – This is the time of year when you should check your gutters for debris that collected over the winter or to see if any piece of it became disengaged during stormy weather. Gutter maintenance is essential to keeping compliant with HOA regulations.

PARKING - Please be mindful of our parking regulations put into place for good reason: 1. No overnight parking on the street.

2. Street parking only if absolutely necessary and not longer than 4 hours at a time.

3. ALL VEHICLES must be parked going in the direction of traffic for safety reasons. As a homeowner/renter you are responsible to discuss this with visitors or service individuals. This particular parking regulation is not singular to our covenants, but rather it is state enforced.

IN THE KNOW: Developer Update As you can see from your entrance, the construction at Del Webb Chateau Elan is well underway.

We expect to have our first residents this May. For those of you not familiar with the Del Webb brand, the company started in 1960 and was acquired

by Pulte in 2001. The Del Webb brand builds age restricted (55+) neighborhoods which focus on lifestyle and amenities. Del Webb Chateau Elan is planned to have 782 homes.

Why does any of this matter to Reunion residents, you ask?

We hope all these new neighbors will mean that the State of Georgia DOT will re-examine the need for a traffic light at the now shared Friendship Road intersection. Pulte has contracted with a consultant who has petitioned the State DOT for a new traffic study on our collected behalf.

In fact, the traffic study was planned for January 2018.

I know this may feel like Groundhog Day for those of you who have been here for a while.

Unfortunately the process is slow and hindered by red tape. We know how important this traffic signal is for the safety of our residents and will keep the Advisory Committee apprised of our progress.
