• Hamilton Mill Parkway/Hog Mountain Road (safety)
• 2155 Pine Road (abandoned property)

Pickleball Fashion Fails: What NOT to Wear on the Court
• Swimsuits – Unless there is a pickleball pool party, save the Speedos and bikinis for the beach.
• Going Shirtless – It’s hot, we get it , but this isn’t beach volleyball and excessive seat isn’t a strategy.
• Flip Flops – If your shoes can fly off mid -rally or make you skid like a cartoon character, they don’t belong on the court.
Play smart, dress smart and leave the questionable outfits at home!
The Social Committee is excited for our all of Hamilton Mill’s upcoming summer events!!

• Bring the kids to the clubhouse to make mom a gift for Mother’s Day. Please RSVP so we can be sure to have enough supplies for everyone.
• Kick off pool season at the Pool Opening Party on Saturday, May 10 at the Lakeview Pool. DJ music with games & prizes for the kids as well.
• Our first Food Truck Friday of the season is on Friday, May 16. Stop by for dinner with live music while the kids play on the Bounce House and visit Hand Me Down Zoo’s exotic animals or get take-out meals and head to the pool.
• The Fireworks Festival is set for Saturday, June 28!!
The Technology Committee recommended, and the Board approved, changing internet providers and cable access to AT&T at the Lakeview Clubhouse for cost savings and increased bandwidth.
Tennis Committee is planning upcoming projects for the year including resurfacing all the Lakeview courts, maintaining and fixing the fencing around all the courts, and new furniture for the Lakeview Tennis pavilion.

Keep Hamilton Mill Great
With the warm springtime weather, now is the perfect time to spruce up your home and yard.
To keep Hamilton Mill as one of the premier communities in metro Atlanta and your home value high, please do an inspection of your home and yard. It may be time to pressure wash your house, driveway and sidewalks, replace rotted wood and paint. For all exterior projects, remember to submit a Modification Request form. The form can be found at hmill.com or contact the management office at 678.546.3737.
In addition to regular lawn maintenance of mowing and edging, take stock of your home’s landscaping beds. If bushes are overgrown, they should be pruned. After the winter, landscaping beds often need new mulch.
Check to see your mailbox needs refreshing with a cleaning/new paint. All mailboxes must be the same community -wide standard, STYLE 311K.
