This seminar will focus on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and preparing for the ACA Open Enrollment, DOL Compliance and Employee Wellness. Presenters will discuss the individual health insurance plans available to local consumers, the reduced ACA open enrollment period (Nov. 1, 2017 to Dec. 15, 2017), how to be prepared for a Department of Labor audit as well as strategies for employee wellness programs. As featured keynote speaker, Dr. John Montgomery's presentation will address population health and how employers can best support a healthy employee population. As a nationally recognized physician leader and executive from Jacksonville, Florida, Dr. Montgomery brings years of experience linking health plans and providers with patient-centered strategies.
