Industry leader Steve Heinen and his account manager, Orielle Doud join the company in January. Amy Wacker follows soon after to head up the IOA Risk Services division. Additions to the team in 2011 include commercial agent, Tina Howell, and account managers Nancy Jackson, Lizz Briscoe and Patricia Ballard. The year is capped off with the addition of commercial agent, John McGarvey.
